For several financial years, Hnry has been calculating one of my income sources wrong (not taxing me enough), resulting in me having to pay a massive tax bill every financial year. After some angry back and forth I discovered that they were aware of this miss-calculation AND DID NOTHING ABOUT IT!. No contact prior, no "hey this might be wrong": they just filed my tax return and sent me a massive bill. Then had the nerve to ask me if they did a good job! They pride themselves in "making tax less stressful" but it has been nothing but stress - Not the tax part, but HNRY itself has caused the stress!

The ease and professionalism that has come from setting up a Hnry account for my self-employment work has been brilliant. Eliminating the stress of worrying about taxes and other levies has been a relief. Love the simplicity of running a business with Hnry. It helps get your time back. I very rarely get back home from a day on the road to do invoices and expenses. I just using hnry app since October 2025. After end of the financial year I was keep asking by the ird to declare my iR 3 form first few days I was ignoring those emails. Because hnry told me they will do everything for me.but ird was keep sending me the email to declare my all source of income. Finally when I was sick of that emails I declared my sources on 3rd of June 2026.and the next they hnry send me the email why you filled your IR3 form.I want to ask hnry financial year was ended 31st March 2026 next 64 days what you guys were doing. When they sending me the alerts every single day.They are totally use less I will suggest specially small business owners don't trust on them. They will increase you work rather they helping. They will charge you whole year end the end they will not help you to file your returns.

Great service makes business easy. Would be nice to have a physical card for non pay wave transactions but this can be worked around as uploading expenses outside of the Hnry card is easy.

Only took a few hours to set up. It was a bit of a learning curve since working with Hnry was the first time I ever needed to do my own taxes. now the it's all set up, it is very easy and hassle-free to use.

It's been simple and straightforward. As a contract who moved from a different country, I was really lost on how to approach filing taxes. With a steady income from just 2 clients, the idea of shuffling to an accountant or keeping my own books - both felt unwanted and costly in terms of effort and time. Hnry was simple straightforward option. I invoice in EUR & USD, and Hnry just takes care of all the hassle. Great for someone who wants a simple and straightforward solution.
