Customer service
Customer Service is awful! I never know what rep is assigned to the load, when something goes wrong I get passed around from person to person. Drivers show up and never have any pickup numbers or reference numbers even though when we book a shipment we send a complete BOL.

Made It Happen
Needed to move heavy equipment from Georgia to Wisconsin within 3 days. The exceptional part is that this was a last minute call on a Thursday to pick up equipment on Friday and deliver by Tuesday of the upcoming week. The delivery was made on Monday morning. And I still have all of my limbs in tact!

Thank you for your feedback. I was able to find your residential delivery shipment. Unfortunately the payer requested outside-no signature service which is always the first dry spot on the property and never through a gate. There are other options you can request from the payer at time of set up that may more suit your needs.

Nasty lady telling me package won’t be delivered and she called me at 5 pm telling me it’s pouring rain and she was in valley stream and I was 10 minutes away with no rain in site and she then hangs up on me knowing I called her bs
So deliver of my package was delayed two days now

Well I booked a load with you and the morning that is was to be picked up I get a call asking for info about the load which I knew was trouble. Then I get a call saying the driver would be late up to two hours so it cost me money because I had to have the rigging guys waiting around then you called back to say that the load would not be picked up until the next day so this was not a good experience
