After I booked my holiday I spotted some mistakes in the documents. I called Luke Hatt and he corrected them all and reissued an update within 24 hours. Great job.

Went to Iceland to see the Northern Lights, which due to the weather the trip was cancelled. this was in February. We have been trying to get a refund from them ever since and they keep fobbing us off with the same excuses that the refund is on it's way. 2 months down the line and nothing has come.
