I understand that Hollander Parts is not the final company but only an intermediary that should choose its suppliers better… I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks for a spare part to be sent to me by “Murwillumbah Motor Wreckers”, so far I have not had a response from either of them… it looks like a scam on both sides.

From the moment online to ringing the customer service team was impeccable. Got my order asked if I needed anything else with my order. Helped me with the shipping as they went out of there way to make my experience a friendly and all round professional. Would recommend to anyone who asks.

There was a disconnect between the business who had the part and your website. When I rang to organise freight, the receptionist didn't know what I was talking about. I was put onto a person who looked for the part and then asked for freight and payment of the part, which was paid for via your website. I was asked to send a photo to make sure the right part was sent. The part that arrived, was not a match for my car.

Terrible, I have waited two week for a mirror to be shipped and no one has gave me any satisfactory response. called many time, really disappointing.

I still have not received the part because the description and picture did not match the actual item furthermore there was confusion regarding payment and further dispute about transport cost and how to pay. A very unsatisfactory experience with nothing going right
