I love how fast they deliver things and that they have unique products that are hard to find.

I've had a few questions and customer service is always extremely prompt at giving a response and thorough. Shipping is always pleasantly quick as well and, the subscription prices are great. I'd love to see a bigger discount offered to repeat customers throughout the year!

The products arrived on time, well packed and of a good quality. The formula was fresh - I appreciate the good expiry date (a long time before the product expires). The price was better, than competitor's. The overall experience was nice and smooth, with no issues and a great customer service.
I will buy again from this seller.

Update: I canceled the order after 30 minutes, and the refund was $12 less. I don’t recommend this. It’s just not fair. A very strange store. After I left my review, they sent me five emails asking me to delete it. They said they had canceled the order. I received a cancellation confirmation, but the money has not been refunded yet. I planned to delete my review after I got the refund. But then I suddenly received a message in Russian—again asking me to cancel the order. My Bulgarian last name looks similar to a Russian one, but receiving a message in Russian feels strange to me. Why? I am writing to you in English.
I ordered baby cereal. Within 30 minutes, I found another store offering a better deal. I couldn’t find any option to cancel the order on the website. I wrote to them by e-mail and in the customer service chat. No reply at all. It’s been almost 24 hours now. I’m sure they’ll only respond once the order has been shipped, saying it can’t be canceled anymore or that they’ll charge a cancellation fee. The lack of a cancellation option on the website is simply outrageous.

I owe Elena an apology, I was a first time mother that was EBF and was suddenly in need of formula, as a vegan family we were depending on BF due to the uk not selling any vegan formula, that was until I found HolleHiPPos, I was terrified putting my trust into a new website to supply a product that even though I had done research for was still new which made me very nervous about it all. I bombarded Elena with questions and worried about legitimacy but she replied to every email in good time with amazing customer care and understanding, even put me in contact with the Preminat company rep to answer any other questions, I have since tried and loved the product and have had no issues- even just bought enough to do us the rest of the year. I highly recommend buying from HolleHiPPos and Preminat, but take note that the formula separates quickly it is completely normal but worried me at first and the team at Preminat and google reassured me it’s normal for DF formula, we just add a little BM to it and it acts as a binder but it really doesn’t matter and baby would take it normally as well.

Hipp is the best milk.

Terrible experience, I most of my cans of formula dented and in poor shape. When I reached out to the service team, the rep would not allow me to return the order or provide me with any resolution. I would not recommend this company or ever use it again.

Fast shipping especially for being so far away. I was worried bc I want the best for ula for my son but of course there is nothing local. Thank you for making this possible
