We had the best experience with Holts while choosing our engagement rings. Amy and Marianne were both wonderful, so patient, passionate and helpful. We came in thinking we wanted the style of ring we’d seen in many windows across Hatton Garden, but with their help we left with ones we truly love, that really feel like us. We chose Holts because they have such a brilliant selection of coloured sapphires. Marianne carefully shortlisted such beautiful stones for me it was almost impossible to choose. An excellent experience designing a special necklace for our 25th anniversary. They were very helpful and collaborative, open to suggestions, and checking design elements with us at every step. A very meticulous process. A beautiful and well crafted piece was made, adjusted to fit exactly as we wanted. It was a pleasure to work with them and we love the necklace!

Having visited a number of jewellery stores in Hatton Garden we found our experience at Holts to be a refreshing experience. Alicja's knowledge, experience and advice were so helpful in finding the perfect stones and creating our engagement ring.
