Birth Supplies Bewertungen

This is my second time purchasing from this company with the first being a complete birth pool and kit and the second being birthing pool supplies (pool liner, hose etc).

Great quality products, wrapped/ packaged well, speedy delivery (same day dispatch if ordered before 14:00 and next day delivery) customer service is on point with this company as I’ve called up twice and both times got through to someone with ease and both staff members were helpful.

I ordered pretty late and they arrived at excellent speed. Make sure you border the right size. I ordered twice because the first one I tried was nowhere near what I imagined when I blew it up .

Fantastic service from start to finish. Birth pool arrived well in time. I was able to extend the hire of the birthing pool with a quick phone call. I wouldnt hesitate to use this company again.

Really responsive and easy to use service. I hired a TENS machine to support me during labour and it was great.

Placed an order after midnight on a Sunday night/monday morning with 24hr tracked RM delivery. Order was processed and dispatched by 10 am that same Monday morning and delivered to me the next day. Incredible response for baby supplies which are often needed urgently by disorganised people like me.

Amazing from start to finish - i’ve used this company twice now and wouldn’t go elsewhere if I was to have another home birth. The pool comes in adequate amount of time, the process is so straight forward and customer service are more than helpful. A lovely company with lovely staff

Prompt delivery and good quality item, very helpful for labour.

Efficient and organised service. Good value for tens machine hire which made a huge difference to my labour - thanks!

I’ve used the TENS Machine from Birth Supplies twice now and it hasn’t failed me. Many thanks to the owners, 10/10 service.

Great service
Quick and easy to arrange and send back
Had everything I needed for an amazing home birth

Very helpful company, good customer service with very friendly and polite staff, very simple process of delivery and collection, I found the oasis pool i brought more than up to the task and found my labour in the pool really helpful! Well.worth the money and the least fuss possible, easy clean up too?

We ordered the birth pool quite late, I was already 39 weeks. The pool came instantly and surpassed our expectations. Everything was labelled clearly and the instructions were very clear. The pool itself was great, it even had a seat! It was a great addition to the birth itself. Returning the pool was so easy!! The courier service came to pick it up the day after we called. I cannot recommend this service enough. It is amazing.

Website was very easy to follow and find what I was looking for.
easy to order.
prices are very good
and items dispatched within 20 mins of ordering

Great service, arrived quickly and was really useful on the day and leading up to the day.

Great equipment and price point. They happily extended the hire at no extra cost when I went overdue. Would use again!

Could not fault Birth Supplies at all. Ordered a birthing pool and it arrived within 2 days, collection after use was seamless and easy as well. Everything was provided within the pool kit and immaculate so we didn’t have to worry about getting any extras. The birth pool was an incredible experience and highly recommend to anyone thinking about doing it! Definitely made my labour a lot easier this time, more enjoyable and an amazing experience. Spot on communication from the company too! If we were to have another baby I’d use this company again.
Thank you to all of you!

Clear communication, clear instructions of what to do with the equipment. Everything arrived on time in a sturdy box & was collected as arranged

This is the second time I've ordered the tens machine from Birth Supplies and the process has been seamless both times. Great communication, equipment arrived on time and easy process to return.

I sadly didn’t get a home birth, but despite this the kit, process and team were great from this company.
I did the reservation process and got a call at 36 weeks for the pool to be dispatched. Returns process was also very easy.
The kit itself was as new for all rented items & great instructions with sundries included.
Would recommend to anyone thinking of a home birth.

Amazing service dispatched same day!

I called customer service they walked me through making the booking and then within the hour the pool kit was dispatched!
