Phill is a tremendously dedicated mortgage broker. He went above and beyond to help us get in our house without any delays. He drove to us to pick up paperwork, made sure to be in full communication with us and every other person involved in our purchase...from our agent to the under writers. Friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming...we now consider him part of our circle of friends.
