Excellent service...the product arrived…
Excellent service...the product arrived on time and we were kept up to date on it's location. Item was large and was packaged very well and sent via Fed Ex and they did an excellent job with delivery. Very happy with this company as they were priced very well and delivery was FREE for such a large item we were pleasantly surprised.

The website states quick shipping and…
The website states quick shipping and receive items within 2 to 3 days. After a week in a half I reached out and asked for a tracking number because my order was at a stand still. Once I reached out via email they created a shipping label and then emailed me stating the item was shipped. Be aware there is know contact number to reach them you can only reach them via email so I was nervous at first once I found that out. Overall my product did arrive as described. It was just delayed and if I didn't send that email I'd probably still be waiting.

My package did not arrive at all and they will not respond to a request to ship a replacement
My package did not arrive on time. I contacted the company and they basically just parroted the same information that I could read online about my package. It was listed as on the truck for delivery 4 days in a row this week with zero attempts at delivery. I have asked that they consider the package lost and send a replacement and they will not respond. Not a good experience at all!

Seems deceptive.
I ordered a large trampoline at a good price. I received an email the next day from the company indicating that there was a “listing error” on the website and that the trampoline was about 2/3 the size of the one I ordered. The company indicated that if they did not hear back from me by the next business day that they would ship the smaller trampoline to me. Fortunately I saw the email and cancelled the order, but this seems deceptive; if I had not caught this email immediately, I would have been saddled with a much smaller trampoline at the same price. The company could also have honored the sale, which did not occur.
