I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only received one! I emailed them and they sent me an email stating that it was due to product availability but didn’t send an invoice stating it was back ordered. I sent them another email and they then responded that I only ordered one! I sent them a photo of my order and disputed the charges! Do not buy from this company!
I Do not recommend this company
I placed an order for Kirkland protein bars on March 7th. After 2 weeks I hadn't had any updates on my order. I emailed them and was told that my order was in the final stages of processing. I waited another week and a half before reaching out again and they said pretty much the same thing. So I told them if I didn't get refund or update on delivery I'd be contacting my credit card company to file a claim. I get an email from them the very next day saying my order was canceled... They say they're based out of the US so I don't see any reason why it would take so long to ship. This whole process took almost a month. Do not order from this company!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. 12 days waiting and they finally texted me. I told them to can order, had to order elsewhere they took so long. They lied and said it had mailed l and was too late to cancel. 2 da6s later I get a text from UPS stating a label had been created and package would ship soon. They lie. I don't need their product any longer.

I ordered a dog food from this company because it promised it would deliver in two days, which was important because that's when we would be bringing home our new dog (it was the food his previous owner had been feeding him, so important to start him out on this). It didn't arrive on time and my order said it was delayed "due to inventory issues" which sounds like a typical excuse others have experienced. Tried to cancel since it obviously hadn't shipped and got a canned message "They would try" to cancel....but obviously after seeing what others have experienced, this doesn't sound like it will happen. Truly awful company...I wish I had checked reviews before ordering with them. Why are they still in business?? Why haven't they been shut down? Since I paid with Paypal have opened a dispute to try to get this cancelled and refunded. Absolutely awful scam artists!
Website is misleading
Website is misleading, there is NO free 2 day delivery, this is a blatant misrepresentation. If your needing your order with the next two weeks shop elsewhere. This is my second and last order. I believe I waited 3 weeks for my first 2 day delivery.

These people are the email kings promising what they cannot deliver. Promised a food delivery for Thanksgiving. It never came. Constant emails telling me delayed but I could cancel. Canceled. Then had a plethora of emails stating delivery ready. Sent info that I cancelled order. They now say item was shipped (but I had cancelled the order). I notified them again order was cancelled. They notified me delivery was delayed.
THIS COMPANY AND THEIR 3rd PARTY SELLERS IS A SCAM.

Awful, awful company
Avoid this company. Awful, awful service. I ordered and was told that due to an unusually high volume of orders, the shipment would be delayed. They would email me when the order shipped. They then offered a "Cancel Order" button so I chose that. I then received an email stating they would TRY to cancel it but it was a third party shipper. Three days later an email stated the package was shipped. I replied that the order had been canceled. No response other than their default "sorry but due to high volume... " and the next day's email stated " order is out for delivery." It came from Sam's Club, one block from my house, from which I could have ordered direct and had free delivery. Now, Home Deliveries will consider a partial return because they will need to pick it up and restock it. I explained that I can drive the unopened delivery one block back to Sam's but have had no reply. Probably they next email will state "due to an unusally high number......." Awful, awful company. BEWARE

You never know what you're going to get.
They ship the wrong sizes and the the next time they ship it to the billing address instead of the shipping address. Who wants to deal with returning diapers? Like I don't have enough crap in my life.
Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a thickening agent for my youngest daughter which she needs to have to eat and I ordered it with 2nd day shipping on Friday, well on Monday morning I called my order wasn't even shipped out yet and I was told I wasn't going to get it for a few days although I paid for the extra shipping. The customer service was horrible and I was given zero help. I cancelled my order and will never be ordering from them again. They did nothing to help my needs or anything to resolve this.

Deb at Home Delivered has been a godsend to me! When I needed the thickening agent, simplyThick, so my husband could swallow liquids safely, she bent over backwards. Provided phone support, when I couldn't seem to navigate the website, then told me I could call her anytime to place future orders. To facilitate my second order, she had it "dropped" directly from the manufacturer to save time. It arrived in just two days! I have since solved the website glitch -- my problem, not theirs -- but may still call Deb every once in a while, just to hear her friendly voice...

Great company to work with! They are quick to deliver! In my years, they delivered the wrong product once and were very fast in correcting their mistake at THEIR cost, not mine! Always very polite on the phone.
Since being diagnosed with MS and becoming incontinent, this subject is hard for me and embarrassing to discuss. No longer! I have called to ask a question and was treated with dignity.
