Excellent service,proffessional fitters,friendly+ efficient

We recently purchased blinds from this company, for a living room bay window. We were advised there would be gaps. The whole purpose of blinds is for privacy when closed, not with these the gaps are so wide that all the neighbourhood can see in. The fitters measurements were inaccurate, the fitters left the two side blinds running at an angle, so obvious they dont know the difference between level and slanted. We exchanged a few emails with one of the managers, requesting an inspection, but they were adamant its not their policy. They stated the blinds were fitted to british standards. But looking at these blinds, god help british industry. After a few emails, my daughter contacted another one of their managers by phone. She requested an inspection, but he was very arrogant and rude and raised his voice a few times. In my mind a sign of guilt.Their after sales customer service is non existant, and all they want is to fit blinds no matter what state,and take your money. we will never ever use this company again.

My dealings with Homefair Blinds has been a very efficient & friendly experience, from start to finish. They kept me fully informed throughout from placing my order to the appointment for final fitting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From popping into the Denton showroom to discuss my requirements I found the staff very helpful.
The young fitter lewis who had taken the measurements and later returned to fit the blinds was very polite and professional. Overall very happy with the service and products. Would use again.

Very quick.friendly man took our measurements and helped us pick suitable black out roller blind.pleased he old us about a line which was being discontined and would save us quite a bit of money.

Absolute joke. The guy who measured up put the wrong order on for my bathroom. Now because it's been ordered I am expected to pay for the correct blind plus the incorrect blind.
It was obvious on the order that the blind for my bathroom is a repeat of the kitchen blind and measurement.
