This livery yard doubles as an airport parking park and ride service. However, when I arrived to the car park I was informed that my booking wasn’t there. I had to pay again to keep my car there as apparently the company which I had booked through no longer had a contract with them. On top of that there’s a £17 fee that you have to pay on site too. I was given a number to call when I had landed so pick up could be arranged but no one answered the phone at any point. I waited 20 minutes before they arrived and had to ask if they were the correct minibus. Other people had been waiting much longer than I had too. I would not recommend

This business uses multiple names to cover there bad reviews, they don't answer the phone when you need them, they don't get you to the airport on time and they don't pick you up on the way back in time, Infact we hat to wait for nearly an hour before they turned up to be rudely spoken to by the driver.
Terrible experience and I truely. hope this review saves others from experience the same trouble as I have. ZERO ⭐️

This place is providing trading for "Park & Ride Bristol" which sells airport parking space for travellers from Bristol Airport. They trade through airport parking websites like Compare Your Parking (as was my case). They have horrific reviews on Google and i wish i had seen it before so i wouldnt put my family through the distress of the worst travelling experience we ever had... hours before our departure they ignored our calls which they require to be made before arrival to the site and left us stranded without use of the service they were fully paid for and desperately seeking alternatives ... 4 weeks later and i am still to see a reply to my complaint, or an apology and clearly NO REFUND... These are unscruppulous traders that do not care for consequences to ruin your hard earned holiday or travel plans.
