Avoid ordering from this company , we ordered from Debenhams but our sofa came from sofaya homes , we never received any communication when it would be delivered and the driver turned up 7:30 pm Sunday evening luckily we were at home . He went before we had time to unwrap it , it was very very poor quality and workmanship the cushions are all at different levels , the legs went in crooked !! Extremely uncomfortable to sit on very hard seating , we called them immediately and the customer service has been ridiculous, telling us we couldn’t complain they don’t have a complaints policy etc etc and then told when they would be collecting it !!! Not negotiating a time and day for the customer as it says in their returns policy you are given a day that suits them only !!!! It has been a nightmare since Delivery and I would urge all to be cautious that if you order from Debenhams it will be this company that make and Deliver it !! It is due to be collected today after two weeks of being sat in our small hallway !! And despite us telling them how this really is impacting our day to day life they were not bothered or concerned !! It has been stressful from the date it was Delivered , it was faulty on delivery .
We were scheduled today for this item to be picked up between 8:30-11:30 I have just contacted the driver for an update and he has said it will be 8 pm tonight !!!! As he is in Scotland !!!
This company has no care about its customers , you get ignored if you email them and the only contact is with their driver .
We are disgusted with how we have been treated
Avoid avoid avoid , if you order it will be stressful throughout the whole process

Plush mink chesterfield is amazing! Hamad works really hard going up and down the country to get these to you, be patient you won't be disappointed! From order to delivery took 7 days

Great customer service team , answered all my questions. Sample received in good time. Will be buying my sofa bed from Sofaya mid July. Can’t wait to order😉

Overall great experience, absolutely over the moon with our new sofa! Customer service was spot on & the delivery driver helped build it for me aswell can’t fault anything would definitely buy again and recommend!

Ordered a sofa in line for my son, great selection- he needed it quickly and it came 4 days after order - great delivery service and very helpful delivery who took it up to 2nd floor flat and built the sofa- great product and great service service, which is unusual these days- thank you, highly recommend company

Rubbish customer service. I’ve been trying to order my sofa since May — first had issues with swatches that never arrived, then when I finally chose the fabric and was ready to order, I started getting ignored. Adam said in September he’d put the order through and call the next day to confirm measurements — never happened. I’ve been chasing since with no reply. It’s now October, and still nothing. I’ve decorated my house around this sofa and was really hoping to get it, but looks like I’ll have to start looking elsewhere. Very disappointed. I regret recommending them to others at the start.

Sofa is absolutely gorgeous the colour mink velvet is better in person you can’t capture how stunning the sofa is on pictures but I can assure you it’s outstanding.
The 2 gentlemen that delivered the sofa are very kind and respectful and nothing was to much for them they got the sofa in and set up in no time at all outstanding service highly recommended thank you so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Haven’t received my parcel

We purchased a sofa set off of this company there sofas are superb and there after sales service is second to none , many thanks

Sofaya has a great selection of sofa styles at very affordable prices and their customer service was helpful throughout the process. We did have a couple of issues but they handled everything professionally and fairly. I also want to mention Adam, the delivery guy—he was really helpful and personable, which made the experience much better.

Did take a little longer than expected but no complaints at all. I live on the 3rd floor of a flat building with no lift so a bit nervous to find a sofa that would fit, had no grumbles from the delivery guys and they got it in quickly. Sofa itself is perfect and feels way more expensive than the price reflects

Just received my sofa I'm very pleased. It was just as advertised. Nice & comfortable & lovely soft plush velvet material.
Great customer service they got back to me straight away and we're very helpful & quick delivery would definitely recommend Sofaya Homes.

Brilliant customer service from the start. We changed our mind about the colour after checkout and so contacted Sofaya Customer service via WhatsApp, they were so helpful. They had colour samples posted out to us pronto! We purchased the Belgravia 4 seater sofa in Mink Velvet. The delivery was very fast and we were well informed along the way. Delivery guys were amazing and bought the sofa in, unpacked, fitted it all together and made sure we loved it before they tidied up and left us. The sofa itself is beautiful, so comfortable, spacious and well made. It’s better than I imagined and we are absolutely over the moon with our choice and purchase. Brilliant investment. Thank you Sofaya!

Communication was very good.Answered all queries diligently.Pleased sofa was delivered so quickly after ordering.Had sofa a few weeks now and I’m pleased with how it looks. For the price it’s very good…not perfect a bit of puckering on certain parts and felt it was very firm but getting used to it. The fabric is soft to the touch and a a really nice colour. Overall very pleased.😁

Purchased a custom sized sofa off Sofaya Homes, the service was exceptional. They kept me updated along the process and also assembled it for free.
The quality of the sofa is at a high standard at a fraction of the price of retail stores. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Very helpful, I was able to book an appointment on one of the days closed. Took me through all the fabrics and colours, great service all round.

Amazing customer service from start to finish , and in love with my new sofa
