We had a great experience with Homeschool Boss. Our fourth-grade homeschooled child took the MAP Growth test, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. When we had questions during the test, the on-duty support staff responded quickly and resolved them right away. We also received the test report promptly. Overall, the process was smooth and well organized.

We had a good experience taking the MAP for the first time. The directions were clear, and all the emails leading up to it were very helpful.

Interpreting the results is still a bit confusing and could use some improvement for the homeschool community.

It's very convenient having an account and all the test information there for my children. I think it is unclear though how you will receive the test information when your child finishes, and I thought it was weird that I couldn't schedule the tests for the same day.

I had a mistake with the grade level entered for my student and they immediately responded to my text and quickly adjusted the setting. They were so easy to correspond with and helped me out! Service was excellent.

We did have some internet issues during testing and customer service was fast and super helpful got us bavk up and running super fast. Testing overall is very stressful to my children but overall I was happy with the platform.
