Very helpful and accommodating on the phone, efficient and easy service to use

These guys know what they are doing! I had years of confidential papers that required shredding. The website was easy to use, prices clearly displayed (sacks provision & then collection prices). All pretty reasonable.

The sacks arrived within a couple of days. They were filled & I contacted them to collect, upon payment of course. Plenty of collection dates to choose from. A time slot was provided to me, so I didn't have to wait around.

The communication throughout was fantastic. Paul, who collected the papers, was helpful, polite, professional. He contacted me when about 10 minutes from me to let me know he was on his way. He clearly explained the process to me and what would happen next.

I would highly recommend this company for your business or private shredding needs. They can shred various items including computer discs etc. Thank you team for a job well done, will use again.

Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it! Good sized sturdy bags. Excellent notice on and prompt on time pickup, good comms and overall excellent service. Made me feel confident about ditching a huge pile of confidential paperwork that had built up over the years that I didn’t want to take to the tip. Highly recommend.

I’m very hopeful they will be the solution to our shredding challenge but can’t find the cost of the actual shredding anywhere on their website - do I have to order the bags to later find out how much it costs? I can’t commit until I know the full cost

Great service and very easy to arrange. You place an order on line, for their special bags to place the documents you want shredded and then when you are ready, you arrange collection.

From finding HomeShred UK on line and ordering my first ten bags they arrived in a few days as promised. I paid for the ten bags and the balance for collection nearer the collection time. I found the company efficient and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. After I filled the bags I arranged a collection date and was given a two hour slot on the date agreed. Their Collection driver was very pleasant and arrived within the two hour slot. The following day I received a certificate stating all my bags had been shredded securely. Overall a nice company to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend their services

A very efficient service. The shredding bags are sent out promptly and are very strong. When you are ready you can choose a date for the pick up. The previous day you get a 2 hour slot which is particularly helpful. I am very pleased and will be using the service again - as soon as I can sort my papers!
