Alex from Hometap has been outstanding. Going above and beyond to get me approved for my HEI loan. I have been kept informed at every step of the process. If a HEI loan is needed, would highly recommend Hometap.

Hometap really serves an untapped Niche. I see this company growing larger in the coming years. Leveraging the equity in our home is not as easy because these banks want homeowners to refinance just to get a small amount of equity out of their homes. HELOC's compound on top of an existing mortgage making it difficult for homeowners to do both. With Hometap this is not the case. Our experience with Annabella was amazing. She was attentive, and responsive. She checked in with us continuously.
She answered all our questions and we had a great experience working with her and Hometap..
