Went on the trust pilot calculator and got a price for a place but when I told them that it's a retirement flat they added on £12.000 I think they should state any extra costs and be more up front all I can say is beware of added costs we didn't go ahead

I called yesterday and spoke to Tommy, who was so informative and helpful. His whole tone was, friendly and relaxed, which in turn made me feel really comfortable opening up to him. Tommy gave me general information from all perspectives, which will help me to come to a sound decision.
