Awesome service! Simon was easily contactable, arrived on time to fix my bike, gave me lots of useful tips and also solved/fixed the problem that I had with my bike. I would recommend them highly!
Simon and the team at HonorCycles were absolute heroes. They came in and fixed our bikes on the same day. Putting us back in the road literally within hours. I fully recommend these guys for all your cycling repair needs!

Hi, sorry that you felt our driver was a bit rushed.
Our drivers are not mechanics. Their task is to go collect your bike and take it back to you once the repair is done at the agreed time. They would not be able to give you advice or comments on your bike since they do not repair them. I believe you had a good conversation with our mechanic about your bike, right?
Honor did a really good job cleaning my bike and changing break pads! I enjoyed the sleek payment by phone!
Great service, nice to get a video showing what was fixed. Also handy having bike picked up/dropped off.
Honor were great from start to finish, taking great care over my bike and providing some genuinely useful advice. The tune-up was thorough and my bike has been purring ever since.
Such a pleasure dealing with Josh and Simon at HonorCycles. My retro racer had seen better days when I brought it to them for repairs and it came back looking all shiny and sexy. I really appreciated their down-to-earth, genuinely friendly attitude and their patience with explaining bike stuff to me in a non jargon-y way. And, unlike every other bike repair shop I've ever been to, I didn't get scolded for not cleaning my chain regularly!
Brilliant way to get your bike serviced. The Vlog is a really good idea, and the guys were super helpful. My bike was a bit tricksy but it's like riding a new bike now! Thanks guys!
Loved their quality service. Great customer experience. They picked up the bike and returned next day. They even made a video and went through the service they provided. They went extra miles to clean my chains and BB and even replace the old plastic with a shiny better part. The cost was transparent and payment was easy. I would like to continue using their services.

Super efficient and fast pick-up, which makes everything very convenient. Excellent and comprehensive servicing of the bike - and because not too much extra work needed, returned to my door on the same day. Bicycle as good as new.
