Each story is not really a story it is 1 page, that's it. You can change names but not to impressive. I paid an extra 20 for a game that is literally a thin piece of cardboard. It arrived for Christmas which was good, but I paid extra for that

I would like to kindly remind you that all of our books are available for preview on our website from start to finish specifically for this reason. It is important to us that customers know exactly what they are purchasing from us, so that there are no surprises when the product arrives. This way you get to flip through the entire book, read through all the stories and see exactly how the final product will look like before confirming your order.
Looking at you order in our system I can also see you paid an additional $6.90 for the Adventure Gift Box that also doubles as a board game. When choosing to add the gift box to your order, you have the option to click on "About this accessory" which opens a pop-up with all the information about it, as well as several pictures. This way we always try to make sure, our customers know exactly what they're getting.

I love everything about this product except for one thing. During the process, when you get to the step for the dedication. You can type what you want that to be, but you can't see what you've typed.

I was pleasantly surprised with the book I ordered but I am familiar with their work because I've ordered two in the past. The reason I only gave four stars this time is because my cover wasn't as vibrant as it appeared online or other books I've ordered. It was very dull as if I had the book a few years.

Looking at our correspondence I can see the error in your book was one of the characters having glasses. I would like to kindly remind you that when you’re customizing and choosing the stories for your book, a preview of the entire thing is gradually being built at the bottom of the page so that you get a chance to see all of the pages, characters and read every story as you’re creating the book you want. In addition, we also send out confirmation e-mails that contain the story selection, dedication, character’s appearance and name.
We then allow a 24-hour window, from the moment the order was submitted, for our customers to contact us with any changes they wish to make to their orders. All this to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing and there are no surprises when the product arrives.
Since your book was printed exactly as it was designed on our website, we unfortunately cannot offer you a free reprint. Though I can see we've already offered you an alternative solution.
Hopefully the four little heroes will enjoy their book nonetheless.
