I had seen some (very expensive) bar stools at a big retailer but saw some very similar at hopo on line (we live a long way from the store). Steve was very helpful sending photos and info on what’s app prior to ordering. I’m very pleased with my purchase, swift delivery and good quality bar stools. Would recommend.

Spoke with Steve it was a very straightforward friendly professional conversation, I explained what furniture we were looking for & Steve offered the best deal.

The furniture was how I’d describe as professionally packed with “each” piece individually wrapped then placed in a cotton like bag, the furniture is excellent quality & assembly is straight forward it does take a little time each chair has its own bag of bolts/washers & Allen key ( a 12volt screw driver speeds the assembly up then nip up with the Allen key )

We visited the showroom to see what we wanted, the order was placed there and then they were able to hold our delivery until we were ready to receive it. They also followed up regularly unprompted. The delivery driver also helped bring the item into the house which is more than others do. The stools are super comfortable, we are really happy with our purchase!

I made a number of inquiries about the table I wanted to order via your website and these were responded to very quickly and were detailed. I particularly liked being able to speak to a very nice person on the phone about delivery options. Customer service was excellent throughout. A rarity these days.
