We bought our dinning table and chairs and since day 1 of our orders Steve was really helpful and replying back to our question fast and solving it. The delivery was within a week after we bought it and nice and smooth. I will definitely shop here in future and would highly recommend them for others too.

Very helpful, friendly and lovely quality furniture. Delivery on time and efficient. I’m a very happy customer. I’d definitely use again and recommend to others.

we love this shop. great furniture and great service. we will be back again !

This was my 2nd piece furniture ordered. Furniture arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The furniture was also a better price on the hopo website than elsewhere. Will definitely recommend them

We saw the furniture online and I called to make the purchase. He’s extremely helpful and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hopo again. Thank you for a very personal service. Oh and the bar stools are perfect

Very quick to reply when hoping for a sale, but unresponsive when there is a problem. I ordered the Sophia dining table and 10 chairs, the colour shown on their website is light in colour, the table and chairs I have received is completely different - a dark walnut! I ensured someone was here to receive the furniture as personally could not be present. Following two emails sent, I have received no response at all and now 5 days past. Yet they quote 'our goal is to make sure that every purchase is a happy one.' Unless you can visit the store, I would avoid purchasing online!

Steve was very responsive. Great service all round.

Well impressed with this lot. Lots of good stuff on their website, easy to order, immediate response post ordering which was very friendly and accommodating when arranging delivery. Lovely piece of furniture turned up when it was supposed to this morning, fully assembled and delivered by two friendly and helpful delivery guys. What’s not to like.

Purchased a chest of draws item delivered within their time frame

We were really pleased with our purchases, the furniture is beautifully made, the order arrived before we expected it and the delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful. A good experience from start to finish

Company responsive to my query re delivery timescale. Furniture arrived on agreed date. Would have been helpful if delivery staff unpacked the items.
Unfortunately a few issues with the items. Pictures emailed to the company on day of delivery but no response as yet. Company rang me this morning and hpeful will get issues sorted quickly.

I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

Brilliant service. Kept me updated all the way. Well packed and protected little table.

Amazing service throughout. Steve is fabulous

Great service from start to finish. Steve was really helpful when we placed our order.
We’re really pleased with the style and quality of the dining room chairs.

Turnaround times were excellent. Had the table within a week. Only downside was i got the instruction manual to an entirely different table and i was missing a bolt
