I hired Christine and her team from horizon website studios for designing and development of our Visionary Dr. Kevin's website for his poetic work. Christine and her team develop the website, branding and social media of this project in about a period of 4 months and some days.

I signed up with Horizon Website Studios to incorporate my 3 business websites into one site, on Oct 17,2025. I was promised a 100% money back guarantee if I was unsatisfied at any time! Due to very unprofessional behaviors on call 2, when we were talking about the design; I asked for my money back. Horizon has refused to honor this guarantee (including James E. who was the original person the guaranteed my money back). I have been trying to figure this out either via money returned or website delivered for 6 weeks now. They will lure you in with limited information (nothing in writing, not even a receipts) and promised for a timely delivery. But that is not how things happen. They will also try to sell you more options the ‘are required’ as you go. They don’t tell you up front, but later they will try to sell you the most expensive and excessive host plan available. Please be aware that it appears every person in this company lacks integrity!
Response to their comments: obviously have an extremely different view on how things have progressed. I am simply trying to share my horrible experience and warn others that they will not honor any request for refund.
I have shared my hosting service with them. I just refuse to accept their terms as I have no idea if the website will function regardless of the hosting server.
Fact: I still do not have an access to anything I have paid for and they refuse to honor their commitment to 100% money back guarantee if dissatisfied! Warning to all other thinking about giving them money!!

You signed up with us on October 17 for a website that would combine three branches of your business into one platform. The project included an informational website, an e-commerce section, and a basic booking system.
Within forty-eight hours of the introductory conversation with the project manager, our team delivered the first design and reviewed it with you on a call. You approved the design and confirmed that we should proceed.
During that same call, you explained several difficulties you were facing in your business operations. Our production lead shared a possible custom solution because you brought up those problems and asked how they could be resolved. This suggestion was not required to complete your website, and it was not presented as a condition. The conversation unfortunately took a turn, but we still continued building the site exactly as originally planned.
We completed the entire website and prepared to integrate the booking features and payment processing. This stage requires moving the project from our development server to a live hosting server. When you asked about hosting costs, we honored the rate you mentioned from your initial conversation, which was fifteen dollars per month. We also offered additional discounted plans to help you feel comfortable moving forward. All offers were declined.
You then asked to use a different hosting provider of your choice. We agreed and provided the technical requirements you would need when purchasing your hosting plan. Before transferring the site, we asked for a simple acknowledgment that our company cannot be responsible for issues that occur on a server we do not own or control. This is the standard process for every project we transfer to an external host.
You declined to sign the acknowledgment and said that we must take responsibility for anything that might happen on your third-party host. We cannot do this because we would have no control over the server environment, security, or maintenance. That is the only reason the transfer has not been completed.
For clarity, the full website has already been designed and developed, and all work covered by your initial payment is complete. The only remaining step is transferring the files to a live hosting server. We are prepared to complete that transfer as soon as you choose a hosting option and confirm that we cannot take responsibility for issues that may occur on a third-party server outside our control.
We remain fully prepared to hand over your completed website as soon as these last steps are confirmed.
