Very impressed by this Company, they re being honest telling me the plant I wanted was not doing ok and they asked me if I wanted my money back or wait until the week after as they had more plants coming.. the Plant arrive and it was lovely and healthy. I will buy from u again ❤️thanks!!!

From order to delivery less than 24hrs! Absolutely fantastic service. Bought polar ice decorative grit and this was the best price to be found.

There was a problem with the first shipment as the courier had obviously dropped the box and the pots were cracked.

Hortology sorted it immediately - got them quickly redispatched and they arrived in pristine condition. Lovely pots.

Ordered on Sunday, received on Tuesday. Substantial ceramic Ryan pot in shiny gold (I ordered the largest size). It isn't what I would call 'shiny gold' - but shimmers - exactly as it appears on the website. The pot is very classy (and heavy!)

I recently ordered a large Hydrocare 165cm Yucca (affectionately named “Everest”) from Hortology and I could not be more impressed with the experience from start to finish. He's HUGE!!!
They kindly ordered the plant in specifically for me and kept me updated throughout. When it arrived, it was in immaculate condition; far better than I expected for such a tall specimen. The packaging was exceptional. It was secured carefully, well protected, and clearly packed by people who genuinely understand plants and how vulnerable they can be in transit.
The team were knowledgeable, approachable and generous with advice. They guided me on the correct pot size and how to set up the Hydrocare system properly, which gave me real confidence when positioning and maintaining the plant at home.
The Hydrocare system itself is a game changer. It takes so much of the stress out of watering large statement plants, and to my knowledge Hortology are the only UK company offering this system at this level. It makes owning bigger plants far more manageable and reliable.
After this experience, I am completely converted to Hydrocare and fully intend to purchase more plants in this system!! I am already planning a Money Tree and a Kentia Palm next.

I have placed 2 orders for 7 plants plus accessories. Their communication is very good, their range is extensive and I would recommend them. However they don't always have stock and sometimes they may offer you a discount for a plant which isn't as good as it should be!
I had 2 plants develop brown leaves within a few days of arrival and Hortology swapped them out without delay, so great customer service!

Hortology makes ordering houseplants simple. The website is clear with lots of illustrations and care tips and lots of choice. Delivery is quick and the packaging is amazing! Emails advise on delivery with tracking available. The plants arrive in excellent condition.

Order arrived really quickly and was really well packed in a box that was the right size for the plants, not huge like some other companies that offer one size fits all !
The plants were lovely and have obviously been well looked after and not dragged from the back of the shelf!

Nice pot arrived safely - very well packed. But the plant I ordered had been quite squashed in transit and is not in the best condition.
