Ordered what was described as a green velvet noor plant pot with metallic bronze green accents. I received a black plant pot with no variation in colour it looks nothing like the advertised product. Company said they could not refund me because my pictures showed the pot with a plant in it even though I had lined the inside with plastic??? £60 down the drain

If I could give a zero, I would. Do not trust this company. They sent me the incorrect item. When I informed them, they arranged for a delivery driver to pick it up, but I waited all day on two occasions, and no one turned up. I'm now stuck with a plant pot I don't want, having lost over £100.

We made a mistake on the size of an item and needed to send it back. Hortology do not help and it is going to cost a lot of money to send this item back. Hortology do not help at all, just telling you to find your own courier. Given the size of the item this is going to be very expensive. We will not be buying from them again.

Really impressed with the size and quality of plant. Delivered well packaged. A great experience all round.

This is the second Money Tree and pot I’ve bought from Hortology. They arrived very well packaged and the tree is very healthy. The pot, again, is very good quality and beautiful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my plants.

My order was promptly delivered and was well package. The Peace Lilly which was ordered as a present for my niece she absolutely loved it and it looked lovely.

From start to finish they were so helpful and clearly wanted to provide the best product and experience possible. We had a hic-up with the delivery company but they were quick to respond and assist with resolving the issue. The recipient was delighted with the plant and pot I had purchased, it looked healthy and green and brightened his day.

Really good quality products, exactly as they describe it. The only thing that was not as expected was its size. They were a bit smaller than expected, like a couple of centimeters which made a difference in my case. Apart from that they are stunning!

After moving to a more remote area my local b&q became my only source for plants, not the best quality and definitely lacking on variety I knew I needed to switch to buying online. I was cautious at first as had zero experience doing this and had to do my research and came across Hortology!

I can not recommend them highly enough, the website is very user friendly with lots of very accurate advice. The variety of plants is incredible, not only in types but also sizing and the prices are extremely reasonable and what you would expect buying direct in a plant store. The delivery service has been excellent, most of the time it's been DPD but also a smaller courier has been used and just as efficient. The packaging and condition on arrival is amazing and after a few hours acclimatising to its new environment every plant has thrived. Horty rewards is an added bonus and so far I've enjoyed free delivery and £10 off voucher. My latest order I purchased a plant pot for the first time and its stunning. I have nothing negative to say about Hortology and after discovering them only 3 months ago I'm on my soon to be fifth order already! Outstanding experience 👏

This was my first purchase from Hortology and I was very impressed. The plants arrived very quickly and in secure packaging, so when I got them out they were in perfect condition. They were also much bigger than I expected, so good value for money. I will definitely buy from Hortology again.

The site was attractive and easy to navigate. The selection of plants was broad and the information was clear. Prices were very reasonable.

Excellent and fast service!!!

Loved the customer service, however none of the plants I've bought from Hortology seem to thrive the way my others do. This however may be user error. I'm still happy with the plants I got, they came delivered in a secure box, only 1 of the 3 plants had slightly spilled some soil.

As always, the delivery is super fast but this time, my plant was basically falling apart, all it's little leaves were coming off left and right, which is a shame.

Purchased a Cebu Blue plant, it arrived very quickly in amazing packaging. The plant is in perfect condition. Bigger than I expected, which was a bonus! I would not hesitate to buy again from this company.

Two plants one small, fatsia japonica and one large aralia Robles arrived well packaged and in great condition. Both plants flourishing. Will buy from hortology again 👍🏻
