Never goes down, never had problems. Only thing i will probably want in future is more storage and power XD. I noticed my VPS had some high latency and reported it. Riyad was quick to respond to my ticket and it was resolved as fast as it could be. I had another issue regarding bandwidth and after talking with Riyad, we decided it was best to move my VPS to another location. Glad I did, it is much better than the other location. Great service, great people!

be careful. This company stole my money. I ordered a hosting, the quality was disgusting. I canceled the order and asked for a refund. My account was just blocked. The money was returned to me only in the bank after I reported the fraud.

You ordered VPS and it was provided to you (same as order).VPS did not had any issues. After using the VPS you chose not to continue the VPS and put on cancellation request. As per our term of service we offer refund only when customer contact us (ticket) within first 24hour of VPS deployment and provide us with valid reasoning. We even mentioned you about this so you could provide valid reason, however you chose to open PayPal dispute first, which directly violate contact between you and our company and after that your account was closed.

the worst service ever i bought a france vps and once i checked IP i found it from portugal i asked for replace and they said we not allow email services even i dont use vps for that...they are indians scammers all they know is this sentence " we dont allow emailing services lol"
dont waste your time and money for this scam service

If a 3rd party site shows incorrect information for the IP address we are not responsible for that. RIPE Database is showing France location. You ordered VPS in France and it was provided to you.

Really good hosting, servers are fast, ping is small, support is responsive, responds during the day, will help if necessary (needed a replacement for a faster ping, picked up the server and replaced with a better one)

Hi , we offer very basic DDoS Protection with our Singapore VPS . You had 12 hours of downtime , because your firewall was causing issue . After reboot it was working for you again . However, we did even change your vps IP for free and the issue had resolved .

I have purchased a VPS and it came with heavy blacklisted IP by the most trustable Blacklist - Spamhaus.
I've requested a refund and they denied my request, despite the fact I paid for a full year and was not able to use the VPS even for a day.
Stay away from this 'company' they are SCAMMERS!!!

Since we do not offer emailing service , IP Blacklist does not matter . Though 99% of our IP's are clean .
