Not trustable. Not honest! I would not keep my date at their hosting. Thay have %90 discount code at their own website. And they say it doesnt work. How? Thats why i registered. You took my info.

Over the past 45 days, I've opened several tickets to resolve firewall issues that block everything I request. A simple CRM search is the reason the firewall blocks access for no reason. I've opened several tickets, but the support team is so arrogant that they only respond in one line and don't resolve the issue.
The servers are good, the prices are reasonable, but the support has become horrible lately. I don't recommend it to anyone who needs their website online 24/7.

Maybe because my support tickets are marked Medium priority. I believe the company is in Europe, so I get replies more frequently during European daylight hours. New account creation is manual so don't sit there at 1am NY time waiting. They'll take care of you when they reopen.
Website performance is good, based on WP benchmark plugin test.
Two and three year prepaid plans make them an outstanding value.

We are using Hostiso for several years now, and wish to just say beat service ever.
Support is great, fast and know what they do. Any problem we have with Wordpress or Nextcloud it get resolved fast. Any update we wish, or something to be changed easily, settings etc, they resolve it
We moved 3 sites on 2 VPS services, with cPanel, backups, SSL, they even moved domains for free and they stay free until services are active with them.
Client area, site is easy to use, knowledgebase is big and even with videos but in general any ticket we open it get resolved under 5 minutes.
They also recommend us how to improve WP security, check if we use any bad plugins or if there is some other security problem with sites.
In any case we are extremely satisfy with Hostiso their support and hosting.

Great hosting and support for over several years for our site. We have used them for email service also, and support in case problems with our site.
Wish to also say that they are extremally fast to solve any problem, even that is not related to hosting, like advices for design, improvements on site etc.

So this is the worst hosting company in the entire planet. Every time we had issues on our website generated by this company. After many contacts they told us to hire a developer and when we did he was surprised by what he found. He always stated that someone went through your website and made changes. Every single day we had to pay developer to fix issues and bugs generated from their side.
Every time I made payment with my PayPal account I received a message from the bank asking me if I was sure to make this payment. This company is blacklisted for the payment. After investigating we found out that the company has address in Sarayevo and payment goes to it. Why you said you’re Switzerland company? Why you don’t have in your website an address and a phone number ? I’ll start reporting you for that first. It’s illegal to have website with no address and no contact on it . Your customers will start receiving spam emails. If you have database get away from this company

Account suddenly "cancelled" after 3 years
EDIT: Since there's no option to reply and they accused me of doing something illegal, which they know it's not true. They have nothing constructive to respond.
Since we're talking about illegal activity maybe you can explain why are you claiming to be a Swiss company while in reality you are not registered in Switzerland?? Neither as a company or a branch. No such company has been ever registered at the Tax Office either. Why are you misleading your customers? What are you trying to achieve by this? Why there is no contact details to your company anywhere? Why on other part of the webiste you claim to be Spanish?? So is it Spanish or Swiss? Make up your mind :)) Or maybe better just be honest.

I've been their customer for 3 years. I used it to backup my pictures mostly. No issued until now.
I logged in few days ago to see that my account's status is "cancelled". They didn't inform me about it, they didn't try to contact me, didn't offer refund. Just cancelled and ignored.
As per their own terms and conditions they should send me an official note and send refund within several days. They didn't do any of that.
I opened the ticket and was told to "send id". This is also not in their ToS.
They literally took my 3 years of data hostage.
This is probably the most unprofessional company in the industry. Customer service is not professional and Terms and Conditions are not respected.
I strongly don't recommend trusting them with any data.

Hostiso's server are fast, but support is subpar
Hostiso's server are fast, it's true, but their tech support is not the greatest. I've been working in IT for over 20 years, and while I'm not a seasoned linux admin, I'm reasonably fluent with basic and intermediate issues and solutions. I ask good questions and provide useful info for reference, and I get short and unhelpful answers, sometimes with a dose of attitude.
I'm used to working with Dreamhost, where they are focussed on customer service & helping me solve the problem, which Includes explaining things if It seems like I don't understand their proposed solution...
With Hostiso, I frequently get the sense that their techs are annoyed that they have to help and just want me to stop bothering them.
I once had to hound them for the better part of an entire weekend to finally investigate throughly enough to realize that there was, in fact, a problem at their end... even thought I provided multiple pieces of evidence that my site was intermittently down. My client was BEYOND frustrated, and I had to eat the cost of that weekend, because a simple domain/namserver migration shouldn't require a 3 solid days of troubleshooting. I never experienced that in over 20 years of setting up domains/sites.
Hostiso, beyond the extra mile.
Hostiso, IMHO, they provide top support & uptime reliability, plus a decent hosting price. I have 3 websites on a dedicated server, one of the sites has more than 50.000 subscribers. Everything loads fast.
For many years I have hosted on a VPS with them and never had problems.
I had a dedicated server with another hosting company and made a transfer to Hostiso seamless with no downtime. I can't say enough good things about them. The technical support provided by Hostiso is second to none, Chris & Liam took care of my needs, their professionalism and fast response, goes beyond the extra mile.
For 20 years I have hosted with others none came close to Hostiso. Try them, I highly recommend them.

I have bought the Unmanaged VPS 1 with 4gb RAM, 2 CPU cores, 300GB of SSD and 100mbps. Everything is as specified. I have been using the VPS for a week and tested everything. It is the best VPS you can find for the price. (and as a bonus they also accept crypto payments)

HostIso is simply the best. Their customer service is excellent. Their prices are extremely competitive and the hosting never goes down! Honestly, I wouldn't pick anyone else over them. They're simply the best.
I'm sticking with HostISO!
I was with eHost before switching to HostISO. They were closing shop and the new hosting plans offered less for more per year. I found HostISO, and it's features blow all other compitition out of the water. HostISO even helped me migrate a full home directory backup from my old site.
Hostiso - Best among the Best.
Before migrating to Hostiso two years back, i've tried a myriad of other hosting companies such as Hostgator, Bluehost, Goddady etc. None of them compares with Hostiso. Hostiso impresses with very good speed under load, low pricing and, most of all, reliable technical support.
Excellent Hosting!
I switched to Hostiso in December of 2018 when my former developer-friendly host was acquired by Godaddy.
I'm currently on their managed VPS 2nd tier package and so far I'm extremely happy with the service. The uptime is better than average, the speed is great, the price for resources is best in class, and they are very responsive whenever I have a concern or issue.
I would highly recommend them.

I've been extremely pleased with Hostiso hosting service. I was paying a bit more for a similar hosting package from another "top-rated" host, but ran into an issue where the other host would not allow use of Nextcloud. With the Hostiso business plan I have 500GB of space (a lot more than I had previously), a great price (pay for 3 years for more savings), and responsive customer support through tickets. Live chat for sales is also available. So far, it's been a great experience and I do recommend.
