this company literally bans people from their discord for stupid reasons. they are toxic, especially the owner "ALT". he has a huge ego and is super rude to the customers. idk how this company is still in business. go somewhere else to buy hosting stuff

This company is absolutely terrible compared to other companies. This company has been out of stock for the last 7 MONTHS! They tried offering me a lower storage plan with hdd for the same price as an SSD plan with 200+gb. The owner has a huge ego and is over controlling over everything in his company. Other companies offer way better cpu specs, ram & storage compared to other companies. This company also had issues with their login for months making their customers reset their password every time they did a log in. Steer far away from this company as they are unexperienced.

I havent been a customer for long with HostNexxus, I recently bought a service from Hostnexxus about a month or so ago before I was given the TrustPilot here a few days ago so I could post my experience about HostNexxus.

First and foremost most, one review is spot on, there login page, requires you to reset your password every single time before you can even log in. This can be quite frustrating as it should be as simple as straight logging in without any issues and be able to seamlessly get to invoices and other panels within the website.

Secondly, we had issues getting our last service even started. It took 2 days before the Invoice was even looked and and even approved so I could use it. Meaning I paid for a services and had to wait 2 days before it was even enabled for use on my account. Upon getting it, I received an email for a Linux based VPS when I signed up for a straight windows server. Which was concerning. I had messaged Alt who assured me that it was in fact a windows VPS.

I believe there to be multiple issues on the backend of Hostnexxus as alot of the features that once worked seamlessly are now completely broken.. for me I would not recommend them as a Hosting provider as there are multiple cheaper solutions out on the market than the service being provided at HostNexxus.

Update 02/11/2021;
New experience with HostNexxus upon getting charged at 3:36AM for a service I had canceled 3 weeks ago. Now granted on my end I have NEVER in my life with any of the 4 other companys I have been through create a "Subscription" through paypal that was never canceled when I terminated my services through them. But noooooo, HostNexxus, you cancel it, your subscription stays ACTIVE even having a canceled service. I believe this to be a flaw in their billing and once again, if you do not know what you are doing, do not rent from HostNexxus

I have used HostNexxus for all of 2 months now and have had nothing but a bad experience with them. I had 2-3 days of downtime when I first purchased my VPS. We had our files corrupted, had to reinstall Windows, and we were left with 2 machines running on the same IP (something that should not happen). We initially did not receive the specs promised and were required to migrate our server to a whole new data center. The website is constantly down and makes it very hard to manage our products. We have recently inquired about purchasing a dedicated server and were told that we can have one "custom made". We had given our specs and were then quoted a price of $180 for an initial setup plus $65 a month. Upon further inquiry and speaking with Alt he then informed us that the initial price would be going up to $230, he had said the shipping would be quite expensive. He then informs us that the initial price would be going to $492, he very "generously" said he would allow us to spread this $492 across 2 months. Upon looking into the server we have found one with the same exact specifications and in the same location for shipping on eBay priced at only $149.99 with $48.74 shipping. With tax and shipping, the system would be around $329, leaving HostNexxus with a $163 profit margin. That margin is not including the $65 a month he wanted to charge to host the server, mind you a server that has no DDOS protection. This would be hosted out of Dallas, Texas where hosting costs are around $35 for the magnitude of that server, once again leaving HostNexxus with a $30 a month profit margin. Overall their service is extremely overpriced and is very low quality. I would not recommend HostNexxus to anyone that would utilize the server on a day to day basis.

Where can I even start? HostNexxus is the one and only hosting provider you should use! Its as good as you can get for the price and the owner is even better! He is very fun to play video games with and is great when helping with support which is rarely needed because everything is straight forward!

I have been a customer of HostNexxus since December 24th, and generally, the service started out pretty good. Recently, some issues have come to light regarding their downtime (example: January 7th, 2021 (5 hours), and then on January 11th, 2021 for 7hrs and 40 minutes) and their treatment of the customers. Let me explain further.

Downtime…
Being a “relatively” new company, there is some downtime expected, however, when this occurs in the middle of the day, with no actual clue given to the cause of the downtime, this causes speculation to the customers. During those outages, a refund was applied to the account, which was nice however HostNexxus does not have an SLA policy what-so-ever, and as a result, SLA refunds occur but they are just generic values. Alt never explained what the downtime was caused by, or if he did, it was general speculation and I still don’t know exactly what to expect. A recent issue has occurred with HostNexxus regarding the client panel. Multiple people have complained in their Discord (specifically in the general chat) about having to reset their password every single time to log in to the client panel. This is very unprofessional and makes me consider swapping to another brand.

Treatment of customers…
As the client of this brand, I expected that the owner would be relatively nice. However, this has been not true based upon what I have single-handedly experienced. The owner, at a face value, attempts to seem professional and courteous, mainly before you purchase his products. However, after purchasing, he becomes extremely aggravated if you complain about downtime or anything that could be interpreted as negative or “against his word”. The state that I reside in is a 1 party state, and here is what I can personally interpret during a call with the CEO and another client as well as a team member complaining about the downtime that has happened this month (See attached links for video(s)). As I published these videos, I received a direct message from the owner trying to get me to forget what I had recorded. He said, AND I QUOTE: "I think you should collect background info. However, what's the point of spreading a video around without even getting a background... what are you hoping to get out of this.?" The point was to show that this company has downtime, and the owner doesn’t want to believe what has occurred. I don’t expect much change, however, I just would like to see a person not get threatened with a cancellation of their service over a pissed off customer.

Ultimately, I’m not seeking a refund (that I was offered as a result of the videos aforementioned), however, this is just a review for customers to see. I was originally happy with my service with HostNexxus, however with the aforementioned issues, I am considering moving on to a new company.

10/10 VPS Hosting im using it to run a dev a server and a rp server and almost no down time

This is a great company they are willing to stay up past the hours of operation willing to be able to stay up and get our dedicated server set up tonight or tomorrow hopefully

Really helpful staff team and easy-to-use interface! The service is really cheap and worth the money!

I had an amazing experience with Host Nexxus! I originally was trying to keep it on the cheaper side and I bought the wrong thing and they helped me out a ton with getting upgraded and transferred over from Win-1 to SSD-2! I definitely recommend them for any of your hosting needs.
