We have purchased a hostnin service few months ago but when we deploy our project their cpanel, our project doesn't work properly. Still this problem is remaining but their support is very excellent. However, still we couldn't believe them because sometimes we found website not showing related issue. We think their server is better because our project is shown fastly.

Hostnin is the best hosting provider yet I used
Hostnin is the best hosting provide. Why?
I have used cloud hosting about 2/3 years ago. Currently I am using their Turbo Ultimate.
1. Server Quality: They have huge redundancy servers packed with multiple locations. Their are server are highly configured with performance. They provide dedicated resources.
2. Service: They deliver more than they promise. I requested for more resource. They have provided more than what they have mentioned.
3. Quality of support: I never waited for long in the queue for service. Their fast response and easy to get support is next level rather than other hosting provider to go through documentation or chat with AI. So far I had What's App response within 1/2 min. Ticket response 5-10 with confirm solution.
4. Dedicated support: They have resolved every issue barely I faced. Even they have fixed my website, database, emails and more in minutes. I had a recent crucial database break. Their skilled support team responded with confirm fix.
5. Cost : Very reasonable with plenty of resource. If I give a comparison the best hosting in the world provide 10 they provide 100 in same price.
6. Feature : Their servers are interconnected as a CDN. They also provide cloudflare pro free of cost, rankfuze the best tools every developer need and many more.
Overall review: They provide more than they say. I will definitely recommend. Happy to be with Hostnin

They are scamming. My experience with Hostnin is extremely disappointing.
My experience with Hostnin has been extremely disappointing.
The service quality is poor, the features are insufficient, and the loading speed is very slow. It also takes an unreasonable amount of time to activate hosting services. This is by far the worst hosting service I have ever used. I am completely dissatisfied and will not continue using it.
They advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee. However, when I requested a refund within just two days, instead of returning the money to my bank account, they credited it to the "Hostnin Wallet" account. Told me that I would not get a refund of the original payment, but could only use the balance to purchase another package.
Unfortunately, none of your packages meet my expectations. The service quality and user interface across all plans are extremely poor. Forcing customers to use wallet credit instead of actual cash back is unfair and criminal.
If you truly want to build trust, please focus on improving your services and honoring your refund policies properly rather than making customers feel trapped.
