My experience with this reseller has been nothing but frustrating. Despite making payments on time, they consistently fail to renew billing, causing unnecessary service suspensions. It’s unacceptable to have to chase down a provider to ensure basic account continuity, especially when payments have already been processed.

Their lack of communication and failure to manage renewals properly has caused disruptions in my business operations. Instead of providing reliable support, they’ve been unresponsive and slow to resolve issues. If you value consistent service and accountability, I’d strongly recommend avoiding this reseller and purchasing Google Workspace directly from Google instead.
