Do not buy from them! Very very poor
Selling Wave hot tubs that have a known fault with the heater. Tried to say it was user error. Then tried to direct me to the manufacturer, even though my contract was with them, the retailer. I said I wanted a refund under the 30-day right to return under the CRA2015. They messed me around, saying I had to wait 6-8 weeks for packaging and a refund, or I could cut the plug off and have a refund straight away. This would have invalidated my rights under the CRA2015. After advice from my bank and a lot of emails they have now refunded me, but have not collected the hot tub. Now they are ignoring my emails, and legally I cannot just dispose of the hot tub, so I have to take legal advice on what to do next. They are awful to deal with, are bullys, and will do everything to keep your money, even though it is them who sell you goods not fit for purpose. I have wasted days on this. I am reporting them and the manufacturer to the Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Buy from another company.
