Sage was excellent handling my terrible experience with the hotel manger at Economy lodge in Marietta he was extremely rude and unprofessional - The hotel isn't nice looking in the inside of the hotel at all - don't waist your time there - feels very uncomfortable and ran down worse than where I had to make an emergency move from - from the frying pan back into the frying pan again - Unacceptable

I spoke with the manager for no one to Enter my room without notifying me so I can have everything ready - per mgr Robert I will enter your room unannounced bcz I can - the mgr said he will w/out me knowing - mgr Robert - i then bought security cameras and Prepared for my own safety 🦺🛟 - cleanliness 😡 documented - ***. Per Kia if you are ready to pay for the next 28 days the system is ready - I said ok thank you and I will as soon as I can - 4/21/2026 3pm confirmed with front desk Mr. Jeff I will pick up my last 7 days rent payment receipt ( check out date after 7 days payment 4/27/2026 ) when I pay the next 28 days after confirmed with Front desk attendant MS. Mr. Jeff front desk attendant confirmed no packages received ******* from my knowledge I still haven't received two packages as of April purchased - also reminded manager Kia that the room headboard fell off the wall while I was making up the bed, bathroom door fell off bottom hinge, stove oven couldn't be used black burned food all over the inside of the oven entire stay in last room rented 😢

After discussing bogus charges after I moved out 4/26/2026 with proof of everything and after discussing everything wrong with the room - plus sewage backing up in kitchen sink after reporting Robert the mgr for stopping Amazon from delivery to my room door and nats all over the rm and charged $155 for Monday. & Tuesday would not give me a refund after I moved out 4/26/2026 that Sunday - Robert the evil property manager attemptded to charge my credit card without my permission $39.99 - payment declined

What made my experience was Calvin was great helping me out with extend check out
