The boots I ordered were not to my satisfaction. Basically the fit was too small and the ankle space was unusually large. When I wore my jeans, the wide opening between my leg and the boot acted as a vacuum to suck my pants into. It’s awful. To top this off, the return policy is ineffective. There were no records of my purchase. I was “stuck” with a $180 Iineffective boot purchase. Move on…don’t waste your money.

Product came with stitching defects. Poor craftsmanship

Wrote to customer service about shipping and got a reply right away. Ordered product and received it in record time thru UPS. Product is amazing and my two girls love thur new heated hoodies. Thanks again for all your help and I will be buying again.

I placed a fairly large order with this company, and they claimed to have shipped it. However, the package was lost in transit, and despite repeated attempts to reach out to them, they never responded.

USPS requires the sender to file a claim, which means I’ve been completely stuck with no way to recover my money or the product. It would have been easy for them to step in and help, but instead, they chose to ignore me entirely.

Extremely disappointing experience - I would strongly advise others to stay away. If something goes wrong with your order, you’re on your own.
