Very thorough service. Much more than just a simple drain/refill, the service includes a flush of all the pipes, clean of the inside of the shell, thorough test of the electronics and more. No complaints!

There was much conflicting and confusing information given by HTA and several other sources. The need to have very simplified bullet points for each tub (how to set it up, balance chemicals and generally care for it). Hotsprings videos tell you one thing, the retailers tell you another and HTA tell you something different again. Shane, however, from Hotspring World in Sevenoaks, was amazing. Nothing was too much for him and he even made personal trips to ensure that we were set up correctly. Always there on hand to answer any questions and solve problems, and if he didn’t know the answers he would not rest until he found out. Excellent service from Shane.

We ordered a new hot tub from HotSpring World in Cobham to replace our old hot tub. We were kept informed of the expected delivery time etc throughout the process and the installation itself went very smoothly.

The purchase, delivery and installation of our hot tub has been very straightforward. Sarah did a great job of coordinating the logistics and recommending alternatives to getting our hot tub delivered due to width restrictions at the side of our house. Hot tub assist were particularly impressive, delivering the hot tub very quickly, taking time to set up and explain how to use the hot tub, including chemicals. They did forget the cable on the first visit but returned the following day to fit this and even went to extra lengths to ensure the cable was less visible on our patio.

We went to our local hot spring world showroom where we were met by Luke Skilton the sales rep. He was immediately helpful warm and invited us in with a choice of refreshments. He listened to our needs and wants and guided us in the right direction. There was no pressure to buy there and then which was a huge comfort for ourselves as it’s a big investment and presented all the info we needed and made another appointment to go back and see him. Again we were met with nothing but pleasantness and warmth. We then narrowed down the tub we wanted with his help and knowledge esp as we told of my ailments. He was brilliant and then with more back up help from his colleague Maxine there wasn’t anything that they didn’t know or organise between themselves. A truly great experience from start to finish and even now they are in the end of the phone if needed as getting the water correct is an art form and they guided us through it all.

We purchased a hot tub from the Limelight Collection at Hotspring World in Ashford, and we couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service we received from John Bird.
From the very beginning, John’s customer service and product knowledge were exemplary. He took the time to explain the different options available and helped my wife and I choose the hot tub that was right for us, without any pressure.
When our tub was delivered we did experience a few issues, but John was always on hand to help and made sure everything was quickly rectified. His responsiveness and commitment to resolving the problems really stood out and gave us great confidence in our purchase.
This level of care is exactly why we chose to buy from Hotspring World rather than purchasing online. I cannot emphasise enough that by making such a financial investment, it pays to have someone readily available to contact by either, Email, phone or go to see face to face to help. John is that man. The customer care and after-sales service are truly second to none.

From the moment we walked around to look at the hot tubs we felt welcomed. Mark guided us through the steps to purchase a new hot tub that would be suitable for our needs. He gave us time to think things over with no pressure.
The paper work was made easy for us who technology is not our forte.
We were informed from start to finish what and when things would happen by phone or email from all departments involved in the process of getting a tub. Delivery was smooth with a call and text giving time and date . The installation was faultless. I was talked through how to use it. Then received a couple of texts and calls afterwards to make sure we were happy with our tub and if we had any questions/problems.
When I rang Mark with a question about chemicals he talked me through it.
We’re looking forward to many happy hours in our tub.
I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to purchase a hot .
