Very happy with Duncans advice and explanation of how the process works. More than fair price in comparison to other homebuyer companies.

Great honest first chat about selling my property

Duncan was a great advisor. He was v understanding of my not so great situation . He was super knowledgeable and gave me lots of info and insight so will def consider using the service the company offer. I felt he was sincere and motivated to aim for a positive outcome for all concerned .

Very polite and easy to understand. Top man.

I reached out to House Buy Fast about selling my property and, while we ultimately didn't proceed with the sale, my experience throughout the initial process was genuinely positive. Daniel was responsive, clear and professional — communication was mostly by phone and everything moved quickly. The written offer came through promptly, the terms were explained transparently, and there was no pressure whatsoever. No fees, no hidden catches. For anyone looking for a straightforward cash buyer experience with good communication, they made a good impression on me.

Spoke to Duncan didn't quite get there, but he offered great advice and he is a genuine nice professional person to deal with. Top marks,, Duncan is a credit to this company his honesty is quite refreshing he gave honest advice with no estate agent blarney

Spoke with Duncan about how the process works. He was incredibly helpful about how their process works. Although it turned out not to be what we need right now we were very happy with their professionalism and they were not pushy and accepted this without any pushback.

Your representative that I spoke to understood my situation and gave me some helpful advice that I haven’t had from other property buying companies.

Great Company to deal with. I did have reservations at first as I wasn’t convinced it was the way to go but the agent has talked me through every aspect with assurances at every stage so far. We’re not there yet but will definitely continue until we are ready to sell up and move. Whilst I am working with one specific agent, I have spoken to at least two others and will advise that they are extremely friendly and professional.

We had had a long drawn out experience with another company who just kept putting their offer down. We changed over to HBF who were always sympathetic and helpful to us. They pulled out all the stops to get the house completion done by the promised day. I would highly recommend HBF.

The man was polite and helpful. He was easy to talk with which made the experience enjoyable.

Pleasant caller , informative discussion .

Took longer than anticipated, but generally a smooth process.

Excellent advice and help today from Tommy regarding my house sale query.
Thank you very much Tommu, very informative and helpful.

Dan played a key role in getting the sale of my house agreed. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. He kept everything moving smoothly, communicated clearly at every stage, and was always available to answer questions. His expertise and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Tommy was really friendly and polite, clearly explaning the service that House Buy Fast provides along with the reasons for the % of Market Value offered by them, and the fees they cover. He checked in with me regularly to make sure I was following with what he was telling me.

At no point did I feel like I was receiving a sales-pitch from Tommy - it felt like he genuinely wanted to help me as much as possible. The call ended with me feeling optimisitc about the possibility of selling my flat with this firm.

Quick response and easy to understand

Fast reply polite friendly service and advice

Tommy was very professional and made me feel comfortable doing business with the firm. He explained everything to me in detail. It’s likely we shall do business once I’ve gone through the offer.
