I received the copper bottle and mug after waiting over 5 weeks for delivery from India. Per their instructions, I recorded a video while opening the package.
Upon inspection, I found that the inside of the bottle contained thick black lines/spots and disgusting fuzz growing inside the bottle. The condition of the bottle was unacceptable and unsanitary.
I emailed the company on Oct 14, Oct 16, and Oct 18 requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label so I could return the defective item. They do not have a phone number listed. Unfortunately, I have not received a response to any of my emails. Please do not purchase from this company. My experience has been the opposite of their good ratings, and I’m thinking they are false good reviews.

Knowing that their product is what they say it is. Communication is efficient and respond to inquiries as needed. It’s important to have patience as these products are hand made. I also appreciate instructions re health.

Not forthcoming about shipping time frame and about possible adverse affects of using your product EXACTLY the way the directions indicate. Had to stop using mine one week after it arrived. What a waste.

Tried to cancel right away. I ordered it by mistake. They offered a 20% discount. First, they sent a message about monsoon-related delays. Then, after I emailed them, they said it had started the shipping process and to disregard the monsoon message, but the best they could do was a 20% discount. Then they responded to this post, stating they emailed me to resolve the situation, but it was to confirm the 20% discount and ask for a better review. I provided a more positive rating. The I received the order in 17 days with black spots in it.

The bottle exceeded my expectations, the heft was pleasant. My only maybe problem is that when tightening or loosening you can feel the cap like it wants to cross thread as a typical threaded bolt, Is polishing the copper going to help that issue?

Well, it’s fast delivery. I haven’t had a chance to rate it yet because I’ve only been using it for five days. I need a some more time. The other ones, were all gifts.

I just received my copper cup a few days ago, and I'm drinking water from it daily. Water tastes better, for sure.

I received the two bottles that I purchased. I followed the instructions in the video to clean one of the bottles. I then filled it with water, put the lid on and put it on the counter. The next day I drink it. It tasted very much like copper. I did the same thing the next night again still tasted very much like copper so I returned them both.
I was then instructed to let you know when your warehouse received it. I find that very odd that you expect the consumer to know that your warehouse received it back before your warehouse does.

Superb craftsmanship, and reliable customer service, It has been roughly five weeks, thus, I'm not to sure of the health effects as of yet. However when I drink water from my cooper bottle in the morning after sitting for 6-8 hours it taste delicious.

I like the copper bottle so far. I seems to have a bit more steady energy during my day, which is always very full. Just have your makers check for mold before shipping. My bottle was very contaminated.

Yes I believe that copper really does improve a person's well being. the copper bottle that arrived a couple of weeks ago as the instructions tell. I fill the bottle with water from the tap and leave it overnight come next morning I drink the water I have feeling much better each day. the water tastes so different I enjoy the taste and I know by the way that I feel now it is making my life more comfortable. I do recommend this bottle as it is PURE COPPER made by hand not by machines. thank you for making my life so much better.

These are the real deal copper water bottles! My family have been enjoying using these water bottles and tumblers. They are beautiful and we feel great knowing we are doing something great for our bodies. They did take awhile to arrive but was well worth the wait to get genuine copper bottles and not cheap aluminum ones. I whole heartedly recommend House of Ayurveda copper bottles.

Excellent quality

The product is high quality, took some time to get. After 2 weeks of use I do feel better, but I will not give all the credit to this product as I also started a new supplement regime using global healing liquid supplements. I believe it's a combination, I do recommend this copper vessel. And would not hesitate to purchase it again.
