My ring arrived quickly, the packaging was great and it feels like a quality item. I chose a solitaire fake diamond and it is large and well cut but really doesn’t have much sparkle, unlike the photos and video.

Maybe I had unrealistic expectations for £60.

Ordered to replace engagement ring while it is being serviced. It’s exactly like my engagement ring and no one knows it’s a fakey!! The ring is so beautiful, and very glittery, it fits but on a hot day feels a tiny bit snug but nothing that a bit of moisturiser or soap doesn’t help to ease off. I am ring size N and went with a medium. A large would have been too big. Delivered very quickly!

I was extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service.

I purchased a pair of earrings which unfortunately visibly droop and sag when worn due to the design of the earring needle being in the middle rather than the top of the earring, making them look poorly made and unwearable. I noticed other customers mentioned the same issue in reviews, so this doesn't appear to be an isolated problem.

To make matters worse, one of the butterfly backs supplied with the original order arrived broken. That immediately raised concerns about the quality of the product and the company's quality control.

Despite explaining the issue and providing evidence, House of Carats refused to offer a refund, relying on their pierced earrings hygiene policy rather than addressing my concern that the earrings themselves are faulty. Instead, they offered a 25% discount towards another purchase, which I didn't consider an appropriate resolution given my lack of confidence in the product.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. Based on both the quality of the earrings and the way my complaint was handled, I won't be purchasing from House of Carats again.

I have found the merchandise from House of Carats to be of excellent quality and their customer service team to be highly efficient and professional. I have purchased 3 items from this company which have all been very beautiful and much admired when worn. I had a problem, of my own making, with one of my orders and the Customer Service Team were very understanding and helpful in aiding me to sort it out swiftly and satisfactorily.
