Second item I have purchased and I love my new ring. It is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. So sparkly. Also Super fast delivery.

Ordered several rings & earrings from this company. Some were good quality but others weren’t. Stones fell out of 2 of the ring including the main stone. Lost sparkle very quickly. Don’t waste your money.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with House of Carats and would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the Dielli ring to do their research first.

The first issue was the design itself. Within days of receiving the ring, it sliced my finger due to a sharp edge on the setting. I reported this to House of Carats within 48 hours of receiving it and requested to return it for a refund. Despite reporting the issue almost immediately, they refused to accept the return and refund, leaving me stuck with a ring that I considered unsafe to wear.

The quality of the ring was also far below expectations. The Dielli ring I received looked nothing like the ring portrayed on their social media. Their videos and photographs show a stone that sparkles brilliantly from every angle. In reality, my ring has a noticeable dull patch within the stone that does not catch or reflect the light properly, creating a dead area that significantly reduces the sparkle and overall appearance. It is impossible not to notice once you see it.

I feel that the social media marketing creates an expectation that the actual product simply does not meet. The difference between the highly polished promotional content and the ring I received was extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, the customer service was equally poor. Rather than taking my concerns seriously after I reported both the injury and the quality issues within days of receiving the ring, I felt that my complaints were dismissed and that the company was far more interested in avoiding responsibility than helping a customer who had a genuine problem.

For a company selling luxury jewellery, I expected much better quality, much better customer care, and a product that matched what was advertised. Instead, I was left with a ring that injured me, did not meet my expectations, and a customer service experience that was frustrating from start to finish.

I would not purchase from House of Carats again and would not recommend the Dielli ring based on my experience.

Absolutely love this bracelet! It arrived very quickly and was beautifully packaged with such care and attention to detail. The lovely message card inside from Izzy was a thoughtful touch and made it feel extra special. The bracelet itself is gorgeous and exactly as described. Highly recommend!

This is a really lovely company to buy things from. I brought a bracelet from House of Carats and it is everything I could wish for and more really sparkle and eye catching. Their customer service is second to none. They explain things to you and what is going on with deliveries etc. They gave me lots of confidence in dealing with a business I had not used before.

Really pretty tennis bracelet and excellent customer service - Kath was super prompt in answering all the questions I had, including sending a specific video on how to wear the jewellery. Looking forward to wearing the bracelet soon!

Purchased a travel ring and absolutley LOVE it 😍 great quality so many styles to choose from and delivery was quick, Packaging is georgeous, pink and gold. Customer service was fab very quick in responding and helpful. Would definetly purchase again and highly recommed :)

For once I can say here is a brand who genuinely cares about their customers, quick delivery, with an adorable note. Also love how the box was pink 😉 the ring was so beautiful I couldn’t stop gushing over it - I don’t know about others but I couldn’t stop looking at my hand. The quality, the craftsmanship and the fact that it is tarnish free is just cherry on top. The bling so beautiful it got me mesmerised like a magpie bird, definitely will be buying more xx

One of the stones in the ring fell out in the first month, at that point the customer service team were really helpful and arranged an exchange. However when another stone fell out less than two months later, and this is where they aren’t as accommodating.
Please be aware when purchasing items from this company, as despite having a 12 month warranty they will only offer one free replacement (that’s their policy), they will look to replace if the second item is faulty (you wouldn't expect two faulty rings in less than 3 months) however you have to pay £17.95 for the privilege if the exchange is faulty.
Wouldn’t recommend as the quality isn’t great, despite following all of the care instructions.

I purchased my beautiful ring Diosa as a ring to wear daily after my wedding in April. And it is stunning. Unfortunately, it slipped off my finger and onto my tiled kitchen floor which caused the large stone to come completely loose from the fitting. I tried my best to fix it myself with a pair of tweasers but it wasn't great and I was worried knocking it again, in public, and losing the stone completely. I emailed the company to see if they could fix it. I was prepared to pay. They responded quickly and told me that it was covered under a 60 day warranty. I was not aware of this on top of the normal warranty. They sent me a pre paid postage label. It took less than a week. I was expecting a repaired ring but they have actually replaced it with a brand new one. I am so impressed with everything. The customer service, quickness, how easy they made the process, all of it. They really have been a lovely company to purchase from. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

Beautiful products. I have bought several items and love them all, the oval drop moisannite earrings are more sparkly then my diamond studs I wear adjacent to them. I will be back for my next piece soon!

10/10 I was unsure at first as I don't like ordering stuff like this I'll go into a shop but my god I'm glad I did 10 year been engaged all different ring my last one went funny I wanted to upgrade and come across these omg this ring is stunning and I like a high up stone will deffo order more from here

Such a lovely company to deal with. I really felt important. The ring I ordered was lovely but sadly was too big and I think the next size down would have been too small and I am really disappointed. Gina in customer service was great helping me with my return. I told my son about House of Carats and he ordered an item for his girlfriend and is delighted. I will definitely buy something in the future perhaps a bracelet or earrings

I honestly don’t usually leave reviews or reply to emails from companies I’ve ordered from, but House of Carats completely changed that for me.

From the moment I placed my first order, the whole experience has felt so personal and genuine. You can truly tell this is a family-run business that puts real love and care into what they do. Their jewellery pieces are absolutely beautiful, and after spending time browsing their website, I already know this won’t be my last order.

I also have to give a special mention to Gina from customer service, who has been absolutely amazing throughout. This has genuinely been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had — kind, thoughtful, attentive, and so refreshing compared to most companies these days.

It’s rare to come across a brand that makes you feel genuinely valued as a customer, but House of Carats really does. I’m so excited to receive my order today and will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.
