This is different level charcoal. 5⭐️
Best charcoal ever used.
Very little smoke and easy lighting. 🔥
No spitting coals or excessive dust.
Cooked meat perfectly and was a real game changer for us.
I will certainly never buy an inferior charcoal again and will let every other bbq pal know this is the way to go with HOC. 👏

Whilst we have no control over Shop, we have not heard of this issue before and will investigate. Free delivery is triggered at a product purchase level of £70 and as you spent £69, therefore it did not qualify I am afraid.

Quick delivery and excellent product. I ordered the whittle & flame Ash as I wanted a low smoke. It was perfect, lit quickly, good sized lump and got up to temp quickly and maintained with zero smoke flavour which is what I was after.
