I have never had worse customer service, the day of delivery, we had an unbelievable delivery service in the worse way possible (Watch as a 2 man Internal delivery actually means to the front door) also when the delivery driver is made aware of this, we are told "Who the F are you the prime minister, then proceeded to call us Scottish C**NT" besides this, after going back and forth, we have not had a delivery charge refunded due to the drivers waiting for 10 minutes at the carpark in the flat even though there was no call to my mobile or the flat - how are we supposed to know he was there. They did give us a good will gesture and not charge us for a second delivery, great of them..... Not. Should not be charge for the 2nd delivery as the delivery driver walked about shouting and screaming so didn't even get a chance to take the delivery. To add to this, the delivery was booked for Wednesday (Tomorrow) now not coming until next week. I deal will customers day in and day out for work, I have never seen a more joke of a company. Another week of not being able to live in my Flat, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID AT ALL COST.

We ordered the Rustic Oak worktop and it was excellent. They send samples first which is so helpful. During the ordering process I found them so helpful and actually got direct ‘human’ ( not AI!) feedback
Delivery was on time and there is plenty of information leading up to the delivery so you can plan your day

Very happy with my small compact laminate worktop so far-so pleased I had it bespoke as I attempted to cut through a spare piece myself and it chipped and I made a mess (I am a very good at diy-fitted and cut my own thick stave wood worktop with ease-not this stuff though) so highly recommend getting it cut to your measurements. Fast delivery 😊

In general the product and the service was good. However, the really disappointing thing is that they obviously have poor quality control. This is because two of the three worktops had flaws in them due to what effectively were chips caused by poor or perhaps rushed cutting to size. One of the chips was on the underside of the polished edge cut out for the sink bowl, which fortunately could be hidden during installation, but the other was on the top of
the front edge, again on a polished edge that I had paid extra for. This second damage covered an area approx 60 mm x 3 mm and whilst not overtly obvious, it was not seen until the worktop was installed and the protective film removed.
In my opinion both flaws should have been spotted before the items were despatched - perhaps they were, and the company wasn't prepared to take the financial loss of redoing them!

I found the House of Worktops team really helpful and friendly. I needed to change my order the day before delivery due to fitters needing to amend bathroom design. The two members of staff I spoke to were friendly, accommodating and the worktops still arrived two days later.
Delivery itself was swift and efficient.
Yet to fit worktops, but they look great.

Only ordered some compact laminate samples so far, but very impressed with the fast delivery and quality of the worktop material. It really does look and feel superb, and will be very tempted to replace our present worktops with these when the kitchen is refurbished.

I ordered a worktop and some shelves to make my study space and they were exactly as I expected. Delivery was quick, the wood is beautiful. The worktop was a little chipped on one edge of the bottom side but I don’t mind as it won’t be visible.

Very pleasant people. Been on the chat and email with them and always had a great experience. Spoke with someone called Ramya this morning and they have gone above and beyond to help me get my order quickly. Very much appreciated.

Ordered prime oak work tops all the finger joints were poor quality, splits and chunks out the finished edges, complained and new one sent out, which where equally has bad, avoid this company very poor quality.

I ordered a sample of the oak full stave that came through quickly. We fell in love with it immediately. The quality was so much higher than other samples we’d seen and the full stave was wider. The company was outstanding to deal with. Keeping us informed and offering advice from start to finish. We could track the delivery down to the last minutes which was really useful. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.
