Fault free experience
I have ordered quite a lot of plants from you over the last year and have never been disappointed. Every plant has arrived very quickly in perfect condition and very well packaged. So far all but one plant have flourished and it now takes me a longish time to look after them all -especially during this heat wave. Anyway they’re giving me much pleasure and have been admired by visitors. I appreciate the clear care instructions and I like the variety you offer.

Bought an orange spider plant,delayed by dpd for a day and in record breaking heatwave,so arrived a little sad looking.Put in shade and gave a good watering and feed and next day had perked up full of life and strong again.Excellent and very unusual plant with its striking orange color,also healthy and strong just needed a bit of tlc in this exceptional heat,probably spent day in back of van,must have been like an oven.

Excellent plants well packaged. Supplied in very good condition.
Had a problem with the courier DPD who delivered to the wrong address as always. Fortunately the package was not to heavy as both my wife and I are disabled and my wife had to chase after the missing package to retrieve it from the wrong address.

Prayer plant looking good!
I ordered a prayer plant for a present. It arrived in very good shape, well packaged and as fresh as a daisy, so to speak. I was impressed with the delivery service. Very fast, accurate and bang on schedule. I was kept informed of progress every step of the process. This was important, because I deliberately ordered late, in order to receive the delivery as close to the receiver’s birthday as possible. (I am bad at keeping plants alive). Very pleased.
