They scam their customers and use psychological abuse to get people hooked on their games, the games are also filled with ableist "jokes" and even a transphobe. Stay away from this company if you value your health!
Horrible company
Horrible company. I tried to recover my account but randomly was no longer attatched to my email. I sent in proof of my purchases/bank statements and provided account information including the FB that was attatched to it and they only could say "Sorry, not going to do anything for you" and stopped communication. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Do not spend a dime or your time with them. They do not care about assisting you if you ever have a problem. COMCAST is a better customer service experience than they are.

For a company making as much as they are their CS is worthless if it even exists at all. I have been trying to sign in on other devices since I started playing and I have NEVER been able to due to their "security". The game is fun but BEWARE! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU ARE SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!!

worst cs ive ever encountered till yet, cant receive my hacked or whatever account back and even after giving them evidences of ownership they always reject me. worst cs ever , especially since ive payed in their game.
Support Refuse To Help
So I accidentally made a account with the same EMAIL TWICE, once via creating an email/password combo and then I logged into another service via google account, and for some reason if you do this without prior linking the email/password to google OAuth, it doesn't warn you and just makes a separate account then when I said i had accidentally done this support are like yeah we cant do anything, even though they have Game Profile IDs and Account IDs as such they do have the ability to do this, as the game ID is linked to an Account ID, which means on their backed it would be easy to implement a system to allow this.
I don't see why they are like this, I have had this same issue with other game distribution companies and they just said which is main which is the one you want rid of this was with differing email addresses
Incredible game with good cross-platform capability and great customer service.
All in all, great company and wonderful games (specifically Genshin Impact). Their customer service is friendly and helpful, and the game quality is gorgeous with an interesting story and characters. Their wishing system and character building does take a lot of grinding (that can be skipped by paying, which I don't usually do), but playing for free is absolutely viable and the grinding isn't too bad (except for artifacts).
I will say that their game (Genshin Impact) does take up a ton of hard drive space as a heads up. I was not able to download it onto my laptop because of the sheer size of the game, but I play it on the Playstation and it works great there.

Just worse. It’s really worse than you ever thought, my account got hacked on February and I immediately requested their CS to get my acc back, and I got it a month later.
But the problem is, I saw that the hacker have already linked their account to PSN account so I decided to request to unlink their PSN account from mine and I’ve told them that it’s not mine so I can’t give most of the information to them. BUT THEY SEEMS LIKE DID NOT READ THE EMAIL THAT I SENT, like they just reply “sorry, the information that you give is incorrect and blablabla”, HOW WOULD I KNOW THE CORRECT INFORMATION IF IT’S NOT MINE??
Like seriously Hoyoverse, your game is really good but just a simple thing like this, just read my damn email and at least reply in a more sense way, like how come such an amazing game like this have a POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES?
So in the end, I give up and I just request the permanent deletion so neither me and the hacker can get the account. It was really nice that I can enjoy the game and the storyline until I got this problem. Sorry Hoyoverse, but you ruin this game with your poor Customer Service. Gonna move to Tower of Fantasy, Adios!
