Great customer service, professional, yet friendly and knowledgeable.
Adam was very good and able to call me back when convenient. Ran through everything in a concise manner and was very clear on service terms, SIM activation and will be saving me over £25 pcm for full package.

So helpful I was working at the same time and he was so respectful.

Jordan was fantastic

Jordan was far too pushy! Wish I read the reviews before. He MIS SOLD me for a start. Didn’t mention the vat.. I might be self employed but I am not vat registered and he did not mention this. Also didn’t mention how long the contract was. I assumed a 2 as I had previously.
I sharp rang back and I stated these things to him he offered me a feee month and a “gift” I declined and he told me that it was still cheaper than i was already paying.. cheeky! Soon as i told him I didn’t want it his attitude was rude and changed completely, he couldn’t wait to get me off the phone. I tried to ask him for cancellation email so I knew he’d cancelled it he said “yes I will” and hung up. A day later I am STILL waiting for a cancellation email.

Adam was amazing in his work.he explained my needs for business phone no and guided my very professionally.i loved his cutomer service.
