As a first time tenant I had no previous experience dealing with letting agents and unfairly had assumptions that they were always out to get you. This couldn't have been further from the truth and I'm so pleased HS Estate Agents allowed me to shed the stereotype that they only have the landlords best interests at heart. Every single interaction with HS (be it by phone, email or in person) was pleasant, incredibly welcoming and reassuring. Of the very few issues I did have, they were always dealt with both quickly and professionally.
