Paula from Burnley was my comfort specialist and the job title fits her knowledge 100%. The service was first class after going round multiple stores not finding what was suitable I dreaded another store, but from walking through the door I got such a welcome, offered a coffee and got a service that you just don't see nowadays. No high pressure sales, let us look round till we found what we wanted. Once we had Paula helped us with all our questions and made sure that everything was right for us. We went home knowing that we had the right furniture and a first class service, I would highly recommend this store no infact it's the only shop you should ever need from lounge to bedroom. Wish we had gone there first it would have saved us loads of time please go to this store and trust me I don't recommend stores lightly and hey the coffee is first class too. Quality and price excellent too. Thanks Paula from Burnley you're a star.
