Very welcoming, very helpful, quickly understood my requirements and explained the options. Being sat in a very comfortable recliner helped with deciding the price was worth it - David did a great job finding the right chair for me. The delivery by Chris and Richard was friendly, neat and thoroughly professional. Delighted with the whole experience.

We were met on arrival, discussed what we were looking for and shown some examples. The adviser then left us to look around after offering us tea or coffee, which came with biscuits
We were there for a long time deciding on a suite to suit our needs, so long that we were offered a second drink. 😀 After finding the right style help was provided at choosing the fabric. The whole experience was relaxed with help being offered when needed, but not intrusive.

The whole experience was customer oriented. The lady in the show room was welcoming and offered help with no sales pressure, the right combination. The delivery team, were prompt to offer delivery slot and provided good communication up to the time of delivery. Damion & Carl made the delivery effortless, putting it in the room of our choice. I would recommend HSL

We had 2 separate visits from the home visit team for my housebound husband to choose a recliner chair. There was no pressure and they had lots of help and patience for him to make a decision. Thanks.

I went to HSL Nottingham , I was looking for a chair which gave me good back support and was of a good height. I was greeted by Emma who helped me find what I was looking for, showing me several styles and explaining the mechanics of them. There was no pressure , and I was given time and space and a coffee to look around and try the various chairs. I finally made a purchase , which I am very happy about and am looking forward to its arrival in a few weeks. Overall a very pleasant experience thanks to Emma.

All very helpful and pleasant staff at the shop in Bramcote, very attentive, delivery men Chris and Richard also extremely polite and helpful. Always kept informed of delivery and given names of the delivery people and the dates and times. They rang when near to delivery. Head office very pleasant and informative too.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We popped in just to have a look at their range of chairs and my elderly Mum, who was just out of Hospital, ended up buying a beautiful chair and setee. The staff in the showroom were incredibly helpful, able to answer all of our questions and were very knowledgeable about their products. We weren't rushed into any decisions and were left alone with water and biscuits whilst we made our decisions. When delivery day came, I was contacted 3 days before with an estimated time. On the day I had a text message with a 90 minute slot time and then finally phone call as promised by Paul the driver to say they were on their way. Paul and Thomas did an excellent job with the delivery, they were professional and delivered with great care. They removed all rubbish and checked was as Mum wanted it before leaving. All in all I would definitely recommend HSL for their service, their staff and their products are second to none.

I should have given you 5 stars but pressed the wrong button . The lady who attended to our enquiry could not have been more helpful . She answered all our questions and her experience of our needs was very good.

Paul & Jan arrived early and were very efficient. they assembled the chair, explained the controls and help move my 'old' chair out of the way. very polite and efficient. highly reccomened

Very happy with all the service I received from all the staff and the delivery team of Lee and Graham, just sorry Gardman Insurance could not be added to my order despite the fact it had not yet been delivered.

Had a very nice young lady help us, her Name Emma. We tried the beds well, spent a while chosing, were given tea and biscuits. Ordered my bed and given a approximate amount if weeks it would take to make, before delivery.
Now I have taken delivery today, 29/7/26. Very pleased with it and the service of Paul and Thomas.
