Haley and Cheryl’s at the Romford store were so welcome ing and took time to help and talk my mum through all the chairs. They did not pressure sell and we were there for over 2 hours had coffee and biscuits. Their knowledge and attitude was excellent and glad to say we left with a lovely chair on order. The delivery was amazing and quick the guys were brilliant. We are going back for a bed. Big thanks to the girls

I went to the Roneo Corner - Romford Branch. I ordered a Rise & Recline chair.
I dealt with Helen and Brad. And decided there and then to buy from HSL. They were really helpful demonstrating the Chair. Saved the bother of looking elsewhere! Thanks for that Guys.

Such a brilliant service received from HSL. From my initial enquiry to a swiftly arranged, no obligation appointment for a home visit the very next day.

A sample chair was brought to my home and I did wonder and also worry whether the chair (a standard size) would fit through the entrance to my smallish flat. To my surprise and delight and with the legs removed beforehand, the chair was carefully manoeuvred through my front door and into my living room by the two friendly HSL specialists, Andy and Dan. The legs to the chair were then swiftly and professionally attached.

I was able to sit and relax in the chair in the comfort of my own home before making a decision about my purchase.

During my appointment, I was provided with thorough advice about all aspects of posture when seated in a chair including the correct positioning of arms, legs, seat height and neck support.

The chair was extremely comfortable for me. There were swatches of fabric available to peruse if required but I had already decided on the fabric that I wanted.

All in all I am very happy with the exceptional service I received from HSL which I believe is second to none and can highly recommend this company.

As soon as my son & I visited the showroom we were made to feel very welcome with an offer of a seats and drinks and biscuits. I knew which chair I was going to purchase and Helen from the Romford location was very attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant, but with no pressure. I am over the moon with my purchase which is very beneficial to me and will be delivered soon. Very impressed with the style “Ruby” quality, colour and the overall look of the recliner.. I am so pleased I saw your advert on TV which made my decision to purchase the chair ASAP. A big thanks to Helen again for making this experience so very enjoyable.

We had a great experience at the Romford Branch. They were excellent with my mum and were very mindful and caring of her mobility issues. They explained everything so clearly and encouraged her to try as many chairs as possible to find the right one. They offered us tea and biscuits which was a really nice touch. Mum bought a chair (she was adamant before we went that she wasn't going to buy one) and is now decorating her flat before it's arrival. Thank you to Haley and Helen x

Fantastic sales assistant- Haley at the Romford branch took the time to help my elderly mother choose the correct recliner chair. She was kind and patient and knowledgeable about the products.

We were served by Hayley at Romford branch back on 4th August, she was great very helpful.
Still waiting for our delivery but happy with the purchase.

On entering the store we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. Dan in the Romford branch was fantastic, he took the time to explain posture, height and correct sitting positions. He wasn't pushing a sale and made us feel at ease. My Nan found what she wanted so she placed an order. Dan is an asset to the company, he knows what he is talking about and nothing was too much trouble plus he didnt rush us.

Helen from the Romford store was fantastic!
We came in for my nan yesterday in the hunt for a new chair like the one she previously had , but she left with something more suited and better for her aid. Helen was so understanding , patient and helpful and really made my nan feel comfortable. 10/10 customer service :)

I had done a bit of research about the type of armchair I needed but knew I had to try them out in store. Cheryle, in the Romford store, was very helpful and welcoming. Explained about the different sizes in the chair I liked best and very efficiently placed my order. There was no pressure or pushy sales talk you get in other stores. She was happy to leave me to try out a number of chairs and ready to give help when I was ready. A vey high level of service all round.

Excellent staff

They were punctual, arriving at the appointed time and informing us just prior to arrival. The service we received was very courteous and professional. The 'Comfort Specialist', Annie, was excellent in her approach, taking the time to explain things clearly and answer the questions that we asked. She took the time to ensure that the product we were interested in did actually meet our needs and was right for us. We were really pleased with the service that we received

The sales assistant Bradley in the Romford Branch was efficient, professional and very helpful.

The staff especially Cheryle were very professional, helpful and an asset to HSL.
The sale of up to 50% off is very deceiving. There was not one item either chair, sofa or bed at 50% off.
I was then told it was 50% of a fabric.
Very confusing and a little unfair.

The STAFF were very polite and very friendly. I had bought a reclining chair from HSL a couple of years ago for my son, whom is very ill, and now wanted new covers for the arms & back of chair. I still had the paperwork for the chair, which made it easier for them to order re colour & material, and also what else I had purchased with the chair when I bought it.
This was the original store I went with ROMFORD and the staff were so helpful that I would recommend them to anyone living in or around that area if they want a personal service. Thankyou HSL your staff were lovely ☺️
