I ordered the sample pack of honey
I ordered the sample pack of honey the beginning of March and from the information provided on the website, my order should have arrived around the beginning of April. I ordered this honey as a birthday gift for a dear friend of mine. I was sent a message that they were running behind so I told my friend about the delay and we both decided it would be fine to celebrate her birthday a little later. The progress on my order is showing that it's in the infusion phase where it's been this entire time. I just sent a message to the owner and told him if my order isn't shipped within the next week, I want a refund. I understand unforeseen circumstances, family illness, etc. can pop up at any time but a business should prepare for and have a back up plan if and when these circumstances arise. The update letters assuring orders are close to being shipped are of no help! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company! I will obviously not be returning to this company to purchase any of their products in the future and won't be recommending them to anyone I know. Buyer beware as the saying goes!
