We are absolutely happy about the quality of Huge Pod!!! They are absolutely amazing and exceeded our expectations! Thank you Huge Pod for being amazing!

I ordered 3 samples pieces from this company. It took about 3 months for the order to get delivered. I received the same generic response whenever I asked for an update on when my order would be shipped. After finally receiving my products, one of the shirts had a hole ripped after only one wash… Wouldn’t recommend doing business here moving forward to others.

I hope this thorough review helps people decide if Hugepod is worth it or not.

Hugepod is a legitimate company. I have a business with them and have ordered from them directly. They have some pros but in my opinion they have too many cons and it makes business with them not worth it.

I am a Dropshipper and I am speaking from the perspective of someone who uses Hugepod to dropship products to customers.

Pros

Product Prices: Their product prices are fairly low which means you as a seller can offer products at competitive prices. Many of their T-shirts run between $8-12 wholesale. This is their biggest pro because other POD printing companies like Printify/Printful will charge $50 wholesale for a T-shirt. 10/10

Product Catalog: They offer a vast array of products beyond clothing such as accessories like jewelry and belts and even home products like clocks, umbrellas and towels. They offer far more than most other printing companies. 10/10

Design Interface: Their Design interface is easy to use and along with offering you a gallery of free images and art to use, you also have the option to upload your own images. You can drag, drop and place your designs and stretch them any way you please (but there are limits to how big you can make an image unless you use HD image printing). 8/10

HugePod is Constantly improving their site: Hugepod is making improvements to their site constantly which is great. They recently updated their mock up images which makes the products look neater. Before they used models but the models quarter-turn poses made it hard to design certain outfits. They made it easier to apply certain designs to multiple products.

Can Link HugePod Store to Many Sites: You can link your Hugepod Store to Wix, Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce, Shopalazza, etc.

Customer Support: Customer Support is professional and responsive. They do take suggestions and feedback which is a huge plus because it means they will eventually get around to fixing the negatives. If you (like myself) have a list of Negatives about Hugepod I suggest reaching out to Hugepod Support and see if they can make changes to make things better.

Now let's get into the Cons.

Shipping Prices: Since their factories are overseas in China and Vietnam their shipping prices are ridiculously high since they're being shipped internationally (if you're in the USA like myself). And instead of charging by order weight they charge per item by charging full shipping for your first item and cut shipping in half for subsequent items. I've seen hoodies and dresses with a $12 shipping cost. So if you purchase a dress, T-shirt and Hoodie, the shipping alone would be nearly equal to the wholesale price of the items themselves. The only good thing is that they now offer Standard shipping which is a dollar or more cheaper than what it was originally, but the shipping still isn't competitive.

Shipping: Cost aside, shipping itself is also a major con. Not only does it take a long time for packages to reach the United States but international packages are subjected to far more than domestic. Conflicts, production shortages etc can all delay a package and when customers pay for Express shipping it angers them when packages don't arrive on time.

Quality: Their quality varies. Their polyester all-over print hoodies and shirts typically comes out looking far better than their cotton prints, their T-shirts, Crop Tops, Tank tops and some hoodies are good quality for the price. I don't print anything on my cotton products I just offer them in different colors. Some products like their oversized unisex drop shoulder hoodie has either bad stitching or itchy lining on the inside. I haven't tried any of their home/living products so I can't speak on their quality yet. 5/10

HugePod constantly Discontinues Items: A major flaw with Hugepod. They discontinue items far too constantly and rapidly. I just received a notification from them the other day that a tied-knot crop top was discontinued and they just added them to their catalog a month ago. They claim they discontinue items that don't sell well but they only give them a month to take off. This means business owners are left constantly having to update our inventory and if a customer orders the product just before Hugepod Discontinues it they're out of luck. A huge headache and leaves owners with many angry customers.

Hugepod Customer Support Hours: Based in China, if you run into a problem with Hugepod and you live in the Western Hemisphere then you have to stay up till 12AM to get assistance. This can lead to problems especially when dealing with an angry customer who wants to know where their package is and you have to wait till late at night to get some answers (dealing with this as we speak).

Ran outta characters lol.

Ordered 100% cotton tshirts and they sent me cheap polyester instead. The print is horrible too.

Are you kidding me this company is driving me insane!! I placed the order 4 days ago, they did not start to process it because they were “waiting me to confirm” something there was nothing to confirm!! Then i emailed them stating clearly “ PROCEED WITH THE ORDER “ and they emailed me back “once you confirm this email we will start your order. The sooner you confirm the quicker your order will be processed” is this a joke? Seriously does this sound normal to anyone?

Placed an order for 6 items to do a test run. Never ordered from HugePod before so wanted to check out the service and quality, and loved some of the options and all-over print. One item was the wrong size. I reached out within ten minutes of placing the order on their WhatsApp line as well as email as they instructed in their site and basically that's when a two day runaround began. I asked to changed the size, they said they will cancel the entire order so I can just re-order. Then they said they will cancel that one item. Then they said they will give me a "code" for that item so I can reorder it. When I tried to pin them down on when I will receive my refund or code, the line of same excuses went on for two days. Same messages f "it seems you are away" and then the ENTIRE process starts again with a new person. Then they say "it's nigh-time there so they cannot do anything". Then they say it's because I'm "away" again, though I have an entire thread with them. Then they say they will do it the same day, I wake up the next day, no refund, and another excuse , "it's a holiday here" (its Friday btw). Then I threaten to file fraud with PayPal, they say I will get the code same day. Of course, then crickets. I filed a claim with paypal. Companies that do that are a scam and I wish I read the reviews here more but I got taken for the excitement of what they were offering and wanted to do a test run. This is total fraud. I've used CowCow.com from China with no problem and customer services that resolves issues right away not move the gold post every time so they inevitably keep your money. At this point I would rather pay more to get what I need with a reputable place then deal with scammers.

I decided to order their all-over print hoodie and it was garbage. The design did not line up on the seams and the material of the hoodie was very uncomfortable and see through. The reasons I'm giving two stars and not one is because their customer service send me a second hoodie after I showed them how bad the first one was and because I can't speak for their screen printing or direct to garment products.

I ordered 8 pieces from Huge Pod, thinking it would be a good way to show off my artwork on tshirts and hoodies. I loved that it had the all-over print option and you could choose from several styles of tees. I even looked at their distribution centers and saw they had them out of LA and San Francisco (near me) so I thought shipping wouldn't be an issue. Once I ordered, I received no info about when I would get my order. After waiting for over a month and several back and forth emails to the company, I had my ordered delivered!! But talk about disappointment! These are not printed on tshirt material. I almost feels like a thin, cheap swimsuit. AND apparently, you can't machine wash or dry them! What?! The quality of the print is horrible (blurred edged and muddy colors). And the sizing is definitely off. I ordered adult men's and women's sizes but these are more like CHILDREN'S sizes. Now I cannot sell these at my upcoming art show and am out nearly $200. Will never order from them again. Can't get a refund. Total scam. Heavy pass.

Totally unhappy...overall the order took 28 days to receive. Once I've got the order the sweatershirt is super thin...looks/feels like a long sleeve shirt. The top and shorts are totally different shades not able to wear as a set. Print quality was nicer was logo but the fabric material for sweatshirt and color isn't the best seems cheap...shorts are nice and cotton not the top

This company is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered shirts from them for $370 US dollars and they messed up my order, so they resent it and somehow my package was worth $6,150 And I now owe FedEx $1500 for customs,taxes,other fees. I didn’t even spend this much on my shirts now I’m stuck with this bill and Hugepod is not helping me get this figured out either. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

Avoid at all costs....! i will go through PayPal to retrieve my Money they dont respond to messages....!!!!!

Would give 0 stars if possible, I had completed over 100 hours of work and it was all lost when they updated their site.
Huge Pod communication is terrible very rarely do they get back to you and they don't provide any help.

I recommend anyone who is starting out on a drop shipping journey to use Printful or any other service because I doubt that you could find a worse one than this waste of a time poorly ran company,.

This Company is Fraud placed order they produced the wrong size they caught it before they shipped they claim and said it would omg out in 6 days I have emailed them am for a shipping date no reply then started looking brothers business and discovered many other problems with orders! This is not a company to do business with if they don't have their business straight the reviews on there site is false not made up from customers! Save your hassle and be for warned! This is a company not to trust!

So far my experience with Huge POD has been.... atrocious.

They boast fast production times because they use AI to print all of their products. However, it's been almost 4 weeks since my order was placed and I STILL have a status on their site that my order is "processing". It's unbelievable. When I contacted customer support about it, I was ensured that my products would be sent ASAP. It's been 10 days since I received that message. As of now the items are still "processing". I was informed 4 days ago that they were still waiting on one of my items to print. Considering they boast 1-5 business days for production, I am very unsure how they are still not complete.

Prior to them confirming that ANY of my order was printed, I asked to cancel my order. Their response was that because they had produced custom items, they couldn't refund it. I explained that they hadn't produced anything. 6 days later they replied and said they have now produced all but 1 of my items.

If you are looking to get your POD items fulfilled, I recommend literally anywhere except for Huge Pod.

This was a sample order to see if I wanted to move my business over from another site and all I can say so far is I'm thankful this wasn't for a customer order, because I would be paying for this greatly if customers were awaiting product arrival for this long.
