Communication again from Mark was outstanding!! Order went missing and didn’t arrive at original date but he was able to shake his network in the postal system and they showed up.

Great experience dealing with HUH
Great experience dealing with HUH. From ordering to delivery it all went as planned. Ordered a hoodie and fleece from myself and a hoodie for someone else, lovely fit and quality on the products. Already have a zippy from a few years ago plus a beanie.

HUH clothing with Drogheda United
It was easy to place the order. It did take some time for the jacket to arrive. However, as promised it was here before Christmas.
The jacket is gorgeous and it was a huge surprise for our son who was absolutely thrilled with it.

Merry Christmas!
Having bought previously from mark, I was thrilled to see a collab with drogheda united and ordered a hoodie for my son. When mark realised it wouldn’t be with us on time he drove from Ashbourne to Drogheda in Christmas traffic to make sure we got it. Above and beyond great customer service and very much appreciated. Not to mention the quality of the hoodie and the lovely detail on the sleeve with the message “it’s ok not to be ok”
Would highly recommend HUH clothing and want to say a huge thanks to mark

Poor delivery service
Following a talk at my company CPL which really inspired me, on 22/05 I immediately went online and purchased a hoodie. I hoped it would arrive before I went on holiday on 05/06. On the 28/05 I received an email stating the order had been shipped and would be delivered in 1 to 2 working days. I have since been sent 2 emails looking for a review but received nothing. Today 16/06, the package arrived. I cannot comment on what was delivered as i'm on holiday. Very poor delivery service and not what was promised.
Update - lovely response from owner and full refund which was not expected. Great customer service wins every time for me. Thank you!

Hi Catherine, thank you for your review. I have refunded this order in full so you can have the €€€ whilst abroad. Hang onto the hoodie when you return from your holiday. When this order was sent, it should have arrived long before your departure date but unfortunately the final mile delivery is out of my control. If I had known that this item was not delivered I would have personally hand delivered to it for you so you could have brought it with you. I have brought this up with the delivery partner. Enjoy your time away!
