I spoke to Hungerstation customer service agent due to an issue with an order I had. The agen “Abdullah” was incredibly rude and abusive! I was speechless! I wish I read these reviews before using this appalling company!

Restaurant replace my orders by cheep orers and the driver even not mentioned or contact me and he delivr it
Also they keep cold drink with hot food yogether

The food marked as delivered but I didn't received any! Such a terrible experience. Never will I order again from this app! Waste of money and time!

Ordered 2 steak and cheese Subway sandwiches with multiple add-ons. We received bread and steak ... no cheese, no vegetables, no sauces. No add ons whatsoever. When contacting the customer chat support he was sure that I had not ordered any add ons and told me to check my order. It doesn't show me the addons. This is not the first time this has happened. The app is difficult to use especially when trying to place complaints or issues!! User be ware. This is besides the fact that hunger station prices are higher than menu prices of restaurants and the fact that there are delivery charges on top of that!!

Ordered a Pizza 1 and half hour before and I am still waiting. Estimated delivery time is keep increasing automatically.

It's my 3rd complaint to them and they always said next time will not happen and thats the only answer they had, I am done with this app.

I ordered two orders from KFC, the first one I was waiting 3 hours and it didn't turn up, the second one i as driving around for an hour and still didn't meet the driver. He also spoke no English, I have been trying to geta refund or a credit note for the past week with no response. This is disgusting service, and I will not be ordering from them again.

Initially had a problem with delivery guy. He was very ride and keep asking for more money to do the delivery.

Complained to customer service and got the same response. Agent even closed the chat without hearing my side of the issue.

Took an hour and a half to deliver after messaging support twice. For a McDonald’s order about 10 minutes away. The bag was open, half my fries eaten, everything cold and the McFlurry like a liquid…

Today I order food i did not receive But it shown delivered. The rider did not even call .very irresponsible

Hunger Station is a half baked company that doesn't deliver what it claims to. Imagine ordering food from an online delivery platform, getting no food and paying for the pleasure.
Well maybe it was a mistake so you contact Customer service. No response. Days later one arrives asking, wait for it; did you receive your food?
What a sorry excuse for a company. It's all in the name people. When you use this joke of an App you end up with a station of hunger residing within your stomach!

There's no customer service number to call on complaints. I have be a missing order. I cant contact hunger station for my order. I cant file on their app its not working

Hi, I am back on Hunger Station, today I was invited to experience a possible new prototype for the HungerStation App order confirmation page, basically what we will get to see after we place an order. I am so happy that now when I order, I either choose Apple Pay or cash on delivery, but most of the time Apple Pay because I receive triple confirmation that my order is paid in advance. I am actually enjoying the HungerStation experience now that I live and work in Saudi Arabia. As well as being aware of when all the opening and closing times are, so I always get my order delivered swiftly.😀
